Lovely spot in Paris

It has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay.

TV was outdated so no streaming or possibility to mirroring/ connect we were traveling with kids.

We loved it.

The apartment was well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Spotlessly clean and the shower was great. Brilliant there was a fresh supply of towels, toilet paper, bedding and earplugs available 24 hours per day as well as teabags and milk, sugar etc. the rooftop was a nice touch too, will be lovely to sit and chill in summer. Was very handy for buses and the metro for visiting attractions.

Overall great stay - but got my electric toothbrush stolen

Overall, a great stay, with an super comfy bed, great furniture style, everything clean, 10 min walk from the metro, quiet and overall a good experience with easy check-in

Unfortunately, someone from the cleaning staff took my electric toothbrush and despite realizing that I forgot it and emailing them just briefly after checking out, it was gone and they were not able or willing to find out which staff took it.

Nice rental that needs better ventilation

Loved the security & the amenities of this rental. Having extra towels/sheets available in the main lobby was nice. Though we didn't use it, the luggage lockers in the basement were a nice touch. Location was ok--fairly close to both a metro & RER train stop, but few dining/shopping options nearby.

There is no ventilation after summer, which is very problematic. The rooms were stifling hot at night & there was no air movement, so we had to leave the windows open. That's fine until the traffic starts moving around 6am with the frequent police siren blaring outside the open window. Either keep the a/c available, pump in some outside air through the vents, or install some ceiling fans. Room was cramped for the price we paid--other options around Paris afforded several bedrooms and more square footage for less money.

All communication online. Only way to contact is through WhatsApp or email. Sometimes you can be put through to a bot rather than a human. Not an awful thing but something to be considered as there is no 24hour in person reception.

Great apartment to stay a few days.

Incredible, increíble, incrível. Great experience, a big apartment, modern, comfortable, spacious, we were 3 people (me and my parents) they stayed in the bedroom and there was a 'bed' for me in the living room (double size not single). The apartment has big windows which make it really bright if you wish or dark with the blackouts if you wish. With pan, cutlery, coffee, salt, pepper, a table for 6. I had a great staying and my parents loved it. I totally recommend. There's supermarket 9min away, train station 15min away, metro station 10min away. Bus to Paris centre 7min away. I liked but it's not close to city centre. Best regards.

There was only one problem fro me. As I mentioned I was the one staying at the living room sleeping, so there was a door that I believe that connects with another room (it was closed/locked 🔐) of course I believe it is for 2 families. What happened was that 6:30am I woke up with the neighbours talking and I could hear it because of this door. They weren't screaming. Normal volume but because the door wasn't sealed I could hear them talking.

Affordable hotel well connected by metro and RER to Paris. Full automation with checkin - great facilities for storing luggage and the airco worked well!

The bathroom was quite small, the shower frame was older and needed replacing. The sensor for the ventilation in the bathroom did not work.

Besides ignoring my request for consideration of my disability the facility was ok

Clean and good value

The disabled elevator was out of service and the staff didn’t address my request for a solution. Luckily my disability is mild and I was able to make do. But this is not acceptable, and I expect booking.com to do something about this.

Could use sound proofing

The response from the team for any issues was excellent, and they would go above and beyond. Having laundry and essentials on-site was wonderful.

Unfortunately, being on the first floor was not ideal, I am short and was given a suite that I could barely see outside my window, which made it feel dark and living in a den. Being on the first floor where everyone comes for the laundry, essentials, business room, made it very loud, as you hear everything, doors slamming, and team getting all they need from supply room. I wish the doors were more soundproof. Even past 10:00 pm, until way past 1:00 am I did ask to be moved to another room upper floors, but that was the only time my request was not fulfilled. For long term stays, it would truly be best to have your stay on a higher floor, so you can enjoy and have it be much more quiet. I recommend anyone asking for floors 4 and above.

Loved our stay here and would definitely book with YAYS again

Lovely apartment with great views of Paris from the rooftop. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen area was well stocked with coffee supplies and water. Easy to get into the building and room with the code and Numa staff were very responsive on WhatsApp when I had a query. The location is a bit outside of central Paris but the Issy area is lovely and quite quiet. Transport links are good - it's a 10 minute walk to Mairie d'Issy Metro line in one direction or the RER C line in the other, though if you are travelling soon the RER C line from Paris is not stopping at Issy because of engineering works.

We had a front facing room and there was quite a bit of traffic on the road outside, though earplugs are provided. Also the room got quite warm at times and we couldn't change the air con settings.

Relaxed and pleasant stay.

No breakfast service, but not necessary with all the little coffee shops around. The neighborhood is very relaxed and safe. Nice and cozy restaurants, good athmosphere.

Made a great base to make our visit to Paris magnifique.

Great rooms and fantastic value. The staff were all excellent. The room facilities were very good and great to be able to cook up our own simple meals on occasion.

The drainage has a few issues and we ended up having a flood out of one of the showers.

Excellent kitchenette, good location, average sound proofing

Great quality kitchenette set up and in a good location on an ideal trainline for tourists. Has laundry included which was a plus.

Sound was a big issue, had plumbing that was very loud and strange noises upstairs every day from 8am. There was no real instructions for the laundry machines and they hadn’t been cleaned/maintained in a while so the dryer didn’t do it’s job.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was v nice and modern. Felt v new. Many different staff manning front desk but all were friendly. We really had a v comfortable stay there. Enjoyed the nice rooftop view!

The location (15 district) is rather far from city centre and we somehow couldn't locate a nearby boulangerie to buy breakfast unlike when we stayed at the 1st district. But I'm quibbling. It is essentially a quiet neighbourhood.

Superb

Perfect compromise to visit Paris - decent space (not another "10m2 apartment" like in the city centre) and very good price. Yes, a bit far but there is a metro in Issy which makes things much easier. Navigo card in regular version covers metro and also buses within Issy. The room itself was very clean and just as described.

Nothing comes to my mind. Just be prepared - if you use CDG airport, it is really far from Issy. 1,5hrs for the trip itself, only then check-in etc. In my case mere trip to CDG took almost 3hrs because there was a technical issue on RER B line. Save a proper margin.

Most rooms unclean, dark, smelly and/or noisy

When we finally got the room we originally booked, the size of the room was great, with a separate living area and kitchen. We even had a view of the Eiffel tower (if you want to ask, I think all rooms higher up and at the back of the building do!)

- Instead of being given the room we booked (2 person apartment with separate living room/kitchen), we were offered a huge, dark room in the basement which had a very strong cooking smell. I pointed out to the receptionist that this wasn’t what we had booked and he acted naïve, saying ‘sometimes booking.com puts certain rooms in the same category’. As he had clearly given the room we booked to someone else, he showed us some small rooms higher up which we decided we would prefer to stay in for a night until our room was available. The small rooms were obviously not what we booked and also on the noisy, road side of the building. - When we finally moved to our originally booked room, it was a lot better in terms of space and light and was also quieter. Like all the rooms we had seen, it wasn’t very clean though, eg stains on the bathroom walls, bits of old dirty mop on the floor - I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. The shower also had a strong drain smell. - For some reason after all this the receptionist offered said he had sent us a bottle of champagne which didn’t even turn up - what was the point?! All we wanted was the correct room from the start. - Generally this hotel looks much more modern and clean in the photos. In real life it is more run down and needs to be cleaned better.
