I had a small studio with kitchenette in a safe, secure, prime location where I could prepare meals and walk to every wh

The property is a mix of people staying for longer term rentals and short term stays. The location was perfect for my needs for attending work conference as well as very close to multiple food stores including organic stores and bakeries. There are parks in the area that are nice in the evening. Very close to metro line 12, so easy to go into the main touristy areas as well. Great farmers market in the plaza by the metro line 12 on Fridays! The kitchenette had everything I needed for the small meals I was preparing for myself. There is a larger share kitchen that had oven and other larger appliances. Onsite laundry There is plenty of storage space, closet, clean and spacious bathroom. They had a nespresso machine and a few pods to use as well as an electric kettle.

It is on an active street - so there is street noise- which is to be expected in a city.

Nice 2-weeks stay in Issy-les-Moulineaux

Everything in the description is true. The building is quite new, the room was clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The temperature in the room can be easily adjusted according to your own preferences from the thermostat. Our room faced the inner courtyard and it was very quiet and peaceful. Cleaning is once a week, as stated on the site. Would have been nice to have a broom in the room or free access to a vacuum cleaner. In the area there are two beautiful parks perfect for walking or running. Also, a small distance up the street, there is a good Intermarché (supermarket). It's not very close to the touristic attractions (a little bit more than1 hour to the Eiffel Tower by foot) but you can find means of public transport in the close vicinity. The rooftop of the building offers a good view of the above mentioned tower. You have washing and drying machines in the basement, easy access with the same card you have for accessing the building and the room. Also, you can find here ironing facilities. Good and strong Wi-Fi. All in all we liked it and we would come back.

The kitchenette doesn't come equipped with detergent, sponges or drying towels. There is a dish-washing machine and 2 pods, but if you want to wash some dishes by hand you need to buy these things by yourself. Anyway, this is not a big deal. The bathroom came with shampoo, shower gel and a body cream, but there was no soap, which was a bit strange. However, since we had liquid soap with us, we did not ask for any, so I don't know if somebody forget to put some soap in our bathroom or it's just not included. Again, not a big deal.

Leider stand vorab nirgends, dass man den Haartrockner nur auf Anfrage bekommt. Nach meiner Rückfrage habe ich ihn aber schnell erhalten.

Appartement très bien équipé, proche des commerces et transports. Très bien situé pour visiter Paris

Emplacement parfait, à proximité de Paris? Proche du métro et du RER. Logement idéal pour avoir son autonomie avec sa petite kitchenette et la vaisselle fournie. Proximité de commerces notamment un Intermarché pour acheter les capsules ou autres consommées mises à disposition en dépannage. Il vaut cependant mieux amener le nécessaire vu que celles-ci ne peuvent être achetées à l'unité en commerce, ça évite une dépense inutile. Une boulangerie et quelques restaurants se trouvent également à proximité immédiate. La terrasse sur le toit offre également une belle vue sur Paris.

Gros souci concernant un piratage de la réservation. Un message whattsapp venant d'Inde m'a été adressé pour confirmer cette réservation avec un lien sur lequel cliquer. Ce message comportait mon nom et dates exactes de séjour, donc un souci de sécurité bien qu'on m'ait assuré que mes données de CB n'avaient pas été compromises. Par ailleurs, booking a effectué le prélèvement avant même la date limite d'annulation gratuite. Si j'avais donc annulé mon séjour par la suite, booking bénéficiait du montant de ma réservation pendant une dizaine de jours avant de me rembourser. Je n'ai jamais eu ce souci où que ce soit, et je réserve via booking depuis des années.

Mon séjour a été excellent.

Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié dans cet établissement, c’est l’accueil chaleureux et la situation idéale de l’appartement. Avoir à disposition une salle de sport, un cinéma, une laverie et un rooftop a vraiment rendu mon séjour à Paris très agréable. Tout était parfait, d’autant plus que les transports (métro et RER) sont à proximité. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

Ce que j’ai un peu moins apprécié, c’est que le frigo fait un léger bruit la nuit. Rien de dramatique cependant : avec une paire de boules Quies, cela passe très bien.

Emplacement pas trop loin du parc d'exposition Porte de Versailles

Odeur d’égout persistante, impossible à ignorer. Télévision inutilisable depuis le lit – un non-sens total. Armoire inaccessible, comme si ranger ses vêtements était une option secondaire. Matelas bas de gamme, indigne d’un hébergement professionnel. Et cette marche de 30 cm, placée à 10 cm du sommier : un véritable piège, dangereux et absurde. Côté salle de bain, la porte de douche reste entrouverte, provoquant une inondation systématique – impossible de la fermer correctement. Bref, un lieu rénové pour impressionner visuellement, mais totalement dépourvu de logique, de confort et de sécurité. Une rénovation cosmétique qui sacrifie toute fonctionnalité.

L’emplacement la petite vue sur les arbres Le coin Cuisine (-obligatoire ds une structure sans restauration !) mais avec quelques capsules de Nespresso Le Bon état du studio - la bibliothèque et l’espace de travail communs

Pas de petit déjeuner ni de repas Faut aller acheter toute la nourriture de base à l’extérieur !! Pas de conciergerie permanente comme dans les Hôtels pour renseignements ou pour appeler taxis Ou pour réserver quoi que ce soit

Séjour très agréable grâce à un confort au top

La proximité des réseaux de transports, du centre-ville, de Paris et des lieux culturels à visiter. Le confort matériel à disposition : machines à laver, salle de sport, salle de repos etc. La disponibilité et l’écoute de la gouvernante.

Les échanges avec l’établissement se font systématiquement en anglais et à plusieurs reprises j’ai dû écrire un message ou appeler par téléphone pour qu’on s’adresse à moi en français. C’est désagréable de ne pas pouvoir répondre aux mails reçus faute de compréhension et d’interprétation. Merci de remédier à ce problème car il pourrait conditionner mes prochains voyages dans votre établissement. La douche est à revoir : en l’absence de rideau, il y a beaucoup d’eau par terre au sortir et avec les risques que cela comporte (glissade)

Guter Ausgangspunkt um eine tolle Stadt zu erkunden - oder bei den olympischen Spielen dabei zu sein

Die Wohnung ist supersauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Eifelturm hat gerade abends ihren Reiz. In 10 m ist man an der Metrostation und somit gut angebunden an das Verkehrsnetz von Paris.

Die Wohnung könnte etwas größer sein.

Ottimo soggiorno alle porte di Parigi

Posizione comoda alla metro e a 5km scarsi dalla tour eiffel. Le stanze sono ben fornite, moderne e adatte ad un soggiorno prolungato. Wi-Fi ottimo.

La pulizia non è eccezionale. Bisogna un po’ insistere perché lo staff risponda e risolva le problematiche che emergono

Ótima localização, próximo de mercados restaurantes e dos transportes públicos. Tudo maravilhoso, superou as expectativas. Academia pode ter mais pesos e maquinas, mas da pra treinar.

pour ce que j'attendais c'était parfait. La propreté, la facilité pour accéder au studio grâce aux explications données. Une machine à café avec ses dosettes dans la kitchenette.

L'éclairage dans le studio, c'est ou tout ou rien. Mais franchement c'est un détail
