Only location close to metro and tram.

Staff were very friendly.

The water temperature needs looking at. You go through hot and cold temperatures every 20 sec. After a very long day of sightseeing seeing this is not beneficial. Our window backed onto apartment balconies and the occupants were not quiet, neither was the excessive roadworks. Lastly, a kettle and coffee or tea facilities, maybe a bottle of water would be really great!

The room was great - big enough for two of us.

I think it would be good to have key access for the lifts as you have clearly had room break-ins. Also, the breakfast wasn't as good as some Ibis hotels - but it was sufficient. A lot of things did run out very early on.

The breakfast was excellent, very very good, rich variety, very fresh, I congratulate you for years that I have not seen a breakfast like it

The lady who served was rude, our room had two single beds, they gave us only one bed, when we told the lady, with a very bad attitude and reluctantly she gave us another room and it was the same one bed, lack of empathy and professionalism

The bed was comfortable , room clean and tidy.

Breakfast menu was so small. Hot food only eggs ,sausage . No vegetables at all . Water in shower sometimes is normal but some moment boiling.

good if you want a cheap stay in Paris - bed and shower

within five mins walk of restaurant and tram lines to get into Paris. clean

the lamps at the side of the bed were massive safety risks as they were hanging wires. our floor had working getting done on as you came out the lift. staff barely smiled or greeted you as you walked through reception. one pillow and a very small towel each.
