Staff were very friendly.
The water temperature needs looking at. You go through hot and cold temperatures every 20 sec. After a very long day of sightseeing seeing this is not beneficial.
Our window backed onto apartment balconies and the occupants were not quiet, neither was the excessive roadworks.
Lastly, a kettle and coffee or tea facilities, maybe a bottle of water would be really great!
