Quiet, comfortable, good breakfast, very clean
no apparent effort towards sustainability, e.g. no option to re use towels, or no choice not have the room made up, and no apparent recycling

The location is ok. The room was comfortable and big. The staff was good.
The carpet could be cleaner and the room itself a bit cleaner. Overall good. Expect more of the Mercure.

Easy access, rooftop swimming pool (although a bit dirty), price is OK
Staff was overwhelmed and not productive (we waited 10 min to check-in while staff was giggling in the staff room). Hotel is outdated. AC in room is not cold enough. Restaurant dishes are bad (22EUR for 40g of salmon ceviche).
