Very bad hotel with bad breakfast

Reception when we arrived was very sick And we reserved one separate bed and one king size room they give us both seprate And very bad toilet

Very comfortable with delicious breakfast

Very comfortable beds. Superb delicious breakfast. Our child was happy with the bunk beds. The staff was friendly. Easy to get to the city centre by metro.

Not so good

The lobby and the restaurant looks good and there was only one attendant that was attentive

The room was crazy dirty, the toilet door was even curved and it was smelling badly!!! I asked them to change and they said that it was not possible... And it was a "premium room"

Pretty disappointing value for money

Location not too far from metro and quiet.

Room especially bathroom needs lots of paint touch ups. No water, no glass (only paper cups) in the room. Extremely expensive stay given the quality provided.

There was a toilet like odour on the corridor. We were in PREMIUM room ( extra charge ) but: Minibar was ridiculously cheap one orange juice and two bottles of water ( advertised as a minibar ;) Only two Nespresso pods of coffee were in the room although there was three of us, I went down to the reception to ask for couple more and been asked to pay 70 euro cents for a piece. There was only one bathrobe and one pair of slippers for 3 people. Going down for a Breakfast at 9am was a bad idea as quite a lot of food trays were empty so we had to ask for them to be refilled Another thing that I wasn’t aware of and didn’t understand was an extra deposit of 50€ per night of our stay, really?? Things like this should be highlighted…What if I didn’t have an extra 100€ on my card?

Be aware of pre authorisation on card

The location wasn't too bad. It was a bit far out to get the metro to the likes of the Eiffel tower or the Louvre. The room was clean

The staff were not great to deal with. The deposit wasn't communicated prior to arrival. The pre authorisation on the card for the stay and the deposit was very strange. On checkout we were then asked if we wanted to pay for our stay with the pre authorisation on the card. We were then told we would be charged for the breakfast which wasn't the case at all. The whole thing was very strange.

The breakfast was good. Freshly squeezed orange juice.

I was told that the AirCon was “never on in Paris in May” and they outright refused to help Oveana on reception was so rude and basically didn’t care that I had specifically booked them as they had AirCon. Oceana then went on to say that I had not used an official booking method (Booking.com) and that’s why I didn’t understand. I subsequently used their own website to “book” another room in front of her and showed her “AirCon” was included. She finished the conversation by saying I was annoying her and she refused to talk to me again. Similar reviews on Google. Wish I’d read that before booking. Do not stay here.

Location is good, close by to Bus station and Metro. Had some issues with payment, Emilie the front office manager was very understanding and helpful

We booked for 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids they gave a very small corner room with 1 bed and 1 bunker, hardly there was any space even to move around within the room. Otherwise the stay was good

Disappointing

Bathroom door paint all peeling off. Air con was not working throughout the whole hotel despite being included in the price and not receiving any discount. Our room was boiling on arrival, thankfully the technician brought us a fan. Carpets were filthy, there was no milk in the room and when you request this at reception, you get given powdered milk which is appalling considering the price for a nights stay. Kettle leaks everywhere when pouring. Be aware there are no teaspoons in the room only wooden stirrers so useless if you bring your own sugar or coffee. States that adapters are available from reception but these are actually €15 to purchase. TV doesn’t work properly when trying to change channel. Overall disappointed for what we paid.

Toilet was not clean, maybe I was not lucky?

The breakfast was good but very crowded and with not so big choice on healthy food. I found a welcome set of desserts and fruits in the room...but I did not enjoy it considering that I found the toilet dirty.

The toilet was not clean: the toilet bowl was left dirty from the previous guest. I immediately called the "quality phone number" and the "reception" using the room phone but no one replied. I went down to the reception, spoke with the receptionist, who was very kind, and asked to clean the toilet: he confirmed me he was going to send the technical staff within maximum 1 hour. I came back after dinner at 10 pm, after 3 hours from notification, and no one cleaned my toilet. The bed sheets were not correctly folded, probably the room staff is not experienced in making correctly a bed for a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast was good but very crowded and with not so big choice on healthy food. The swimming pool was small and it seemed closed already.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, be aware of opening and closing times

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming, beds very comfortable, water temperature in the shower was great, location had plenty of eateries and a carrefour market very close by

the air con was a bit outdated and found it hard to use, the pick up/drop of spot can end up with car or taxi getting stuck behind other vehicles as it's one way which could cause delays

Swimming pool and gym was a lovely bonus. Good location to metro which is a short journey into central Paris.

The hotel was great, but we were travelling in a VAN it would have been good to mention that their own car park and the local car parks struggle to accommodate vehicles under 1.9m . Also, proper cups instead of paper cups for tea would be better .
