the hotel is large for Paris standards. The kitchen is wonderful and comes with the basics. The room also has A/C. so why the 3 stars? They give you a Nespresso coffee machine in your room but only two pods. I was there for four days and was told if I wanted coffee, i had to come to the machines downstairs in the lobby, so that was quite annoying being that I had a toddler and was traveling alone with him. I had to bring him down with me at 7am for coffee instead if keeping him in the room. I am not sure why the room comes with a coffee machine if they don't replenish the capsules. Also room service is only "weekly" so that is odd too. There isa tram in front of the hotel but the metro that gets you into the main parts of paris (near the eiffel tower etc..) if about two blocks away. ballard. I am an avid walker so was not too bother by this. I honestly preferred walking to the port de versailles station. The hotel is located in a very quiet part of paris away from the crowds. The bed was cozy and room was quiet. Front desk staff were nice, I had room 413 and no complaints there.
