Lovely option, Would definitely recommend!

Great location - 15min uber from Eiffel tower ect. Some great bars and restaurants right around the corner, there was a big supermarket too! Fresh pastries were handed out in the morning as complimentary along with hot drinks. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and beds were comfy! All very clean.

Location close to concert venue we had travelled for

Bathroom and toilet poor quality. First apartment we were given was not clean and had an unpleasant smell. 2nd apartment was ok but amenities very old and poor quality not like the photos.

Unfortunately, not very happy with the breakfast or the room.

The breakfast was ok. The pancakes were cold and the waffels stall. The eggs were also cold and sometimes not cooked enough. The sausages also looked very undercooked, I did not taste them due to that. The juice, however were very tasty.

We found a bug in our bed the first day (a silverfish), I told the reception, but they did not really speak english, and couldn't do anything about it. We also tried to ask directions for how to best get to the airport, when we left a sunday very early, but they did not speak/understand enough english to really help us. They says they were a 4-star hotel, but the room weren't clean, and the painted walls had patches without paint ect. so we were not very happy to be paying a huge city tax due to the 4-stars, but not really feeling like that. I would give them maybe 2 stars.

Amazing

Absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The staff were super kind and helpful, and the overall experience was beyond expectations. Everything was perfect — from the room to the service. Would definitely stay here again!

Catastrophic customer service from booking.com

I arrive at the property , with a proper booking number, but there was no room available. Only answer was : sorry there was a technical issue. The front desk tried its best to relocate me , but guess what, at 11pm, not easy.. result : I had to sleep in the lobby on a seat. And I’m a business traveler. Unbelievable and bad customer service while repeating : sorry for the inconvenience unfortunately but don’t worry we will not charge you.. as if it was my main problem as a professional traveler . Never ever. I will stick to my travel agency , more expensive but more reliable . PS : we were 2 in the same situation !!

Good value for money

Location was good. Breakfast is nice, kids don't pay. 19 eur for adults.

Staff was nice but didn't help with taxi, and things that are not directly related to the hotel, like questions about paris, transportation, etc . In our room the kitchen outlet didn't work, and the kitchen synk leaked.

Good location - Close to 2 metro stations, 10 min walking + 15 min metro to the city center. Very good position to travel to Versailles Quite good breakfast Fully equipped kitchen Iron in the room Tabs for dish washing machines provided by the hotel Comfortable bed Clean

. Cleaning and towel changing only once a week - some days after towels were stinky and wet. Since the hotel is not very economic, they could change towels at least every second or third day. . Cigarettes smell in the corridor near our room (in the room it was ok).

The rooms were quiet and dark with air conditioning unit that made us having high quality sleep. The facilities at the lobby were also nice for the kids (table tennis, piano and foosball).

Would not advise travellers to book this hotel. Please consider this as a negative review.

We checked into Room 421 on 24th June. Since the first day air conditioning had not been working in the room. We had already complained 3 times to the front desk and the AC technician has come 2 times but the ac unit was still not functioning. As a compensation from the hotel: we requested a cleaning service to be done in the room for 28th June and to offer us a late check out for 29th June. We had also requested for a room clean as we are already here for 5 nights, even that request had not been done, despite multiple reminders.

Overall unpleasant stay.

The room they gave had a foul odor coming from the toilet and the AC was broken. When we requested to have our room changed the lady at the reception told us there was no room available and we just had to deal with it WITHOUT checking the desktop first. After a few hours we went back to request again now with a different receptionist and there were available ROOMS after all. The hotel tries to be eco friendly hence AC was not enough for the summer heat even for us coming from a tropical country. In addition, we came to the room with the glasses, mugs, and pans placed in the cabinet but was VERY OILY WITH HAND PRINTS AND PREVIOUS FOOD RESIDUES still on them.

Very bad service, very nice hotel

The location of the property was very good if you're coming to the expo, it's right near the location. Overall, the room and cleanliness were not bad.

We have faced with very disappointing stuff from the very beginning. When we arrived receptionist told us to wait without any information and went directly to his front end manager, when he came back he said that there was a mistake and our room was reserved at the other hotel which is right near this one, I asked is that hotel the same quality and also 4 start, he said yes yes. And we left to check, when we arrived, I saw a very old style hotel, nothing like the one I booked, so we have to go back and find why we had to pay for a nice hotel and stay in the old one. When we arrived back he said there is nothing we can do, we don't have your room here, so that's the only option, so I asked to see a front desk manager. I was expecting that she will solve the issue quickly, but she came and said that she can do nothing and that other hotel is our only option, it's not our fault but she can't provide me a room. We had nearly 30 min conversation to solve the issue and she was only saying two option, she can refund me full amount or half of the money to stay at bad hotel (so at first they were just trying to givaus bad hotel with the same price I paid for the nice one, and now they suggest refunding half of amount). When I refused all of them and asked to give me my hotel room, I asked several times if they do have upgrade at least, she said no no no, but I insisted a lot and only after a lot of time, she came back and said that she has to risk to give me a roo, but I have to wait till 3 PM. I was ok with that, but this is not a normal service especially when you;re coming from long flight and you need to be ready for an expo from the next day. We ha also an issue at the end, we asked for an invoice and they didn't event know how to make one, so we have to be ok of what we got.

Smelly and hot.

Close to train stations, and easy to access. Breakfast was a nice inclusion. The Fuseball table was a hit with our family.

No air conditioning, no change of towel service. Our room had a machine for centralised heating and cooling but had an awful smell coming from it. We were told there was nothing that could be done. Cold showers were the only way to help us regulate the heat, but limited towels and no option to change out challenged this too.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Adagio

Rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Hotel is perfect for families as it's also close to a small supermarket where you can purchase food to prepare meals in the room

The location isn't ideal if you want to be in central Paris every day, but we quickly got acquainted with the Metro system, so it wasn't too bad after that.

We enjoyed our stay, the self contained unit was practical, clean and well situated. We enjoyed the neighbourhood, could easily walk to the shops and the Metro and felt very safe.

Fridge and freezer was a good touch, massive space in the family room. Beds comfy and 45 minutes walk into Paris.

Not enough seats at breakfast or utensils and plates. Also doing your own boiled eggs yourself was very comical to watch. You took an egg timer off the side and went to sit down until the egg was ready. As other guests did not know they were somebody egg in the hot water. So people were just taking them out. One man had his egg stolen 3x he was so mad,

Enjoyable family stay in Paris

We had the apartment with two bedrooms. The apartment was nice and clean. Had a lot of good facilities and two showers. The location is not too far from the city We were able to navigate our way to and from the hotel quite quickly. Loved the available water in the lobby and the washing and drying facilities really came in handy. The beds were comfortable, lots of pillows provided.

It was a very tight fit considering it was a two bedroom apartment. You couldn't fit a suitcase in the rooms. We had four large ones so the lounge room was full with suitcases. They do not clean your room unless you stay for 8 nights, considering the price cleaning should be included.

Location is perfect for the exhibition centre, metro and trams. Many good restaurants within 15minutes walk.

Enjoyed and friendly staff with great location

Very good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of hot drinks with no cost. One thing you need to make sure of is that quotations from booking.com don't include taxes.

Actual quotation doesn't mention any taxes that we have to pay. Which almost cost me extra €100 for 2 nights.

We liked just one thing, a staff. Whose name we can’t remember, but I’ll try to describe him. Middle aged, glasses, used to live in canada and has worked in the y industry. He was soooooo helpful and he is a gem to adagio. He must be treated as such.
