Stay at Adagio XV hotel in Paris

Nice location , in general a clean room

No second bed prepared , no cleaning included (trash) , small toilet room

Dated hotel, nice staff, confusing location being next door to another Adagio!

The staff are all very nice. The location was great for the conference at Porte de Versailles.

This is a VERY dated hotel that is in desperate need of an ungrade. It is also extremely confusing that there is ANOTHER Adagio literally a street down that is apparently more modern. The hotel is old, and rooms very old fashioned and is the type of hotel one would use in a horror movie as a haunted hotel. It was ok for one night. We booked here as it had the best deal for the location for 3 persons.

Terrible, and hugely overpriced for what it was. Definitely never coming back!!

We were grateful that we were able to hold our luggage until our flight home. The staff haven't been very nice at all and I was nervous even asking!

We weren't informed that we had to take out our own trash, and had no one to change out towels. The staff were very rude, and one of the ladies actually shouted at me when I just simply asked the question (about what happens to the rubbish) Also the room was tiny. We booked a 4 people room, with a baby, and the cot they provided was too small for a nearly 2 year old. It was as small as a crib so would probably just fit a newborn to 3 months old baby. No one told us our room wouldn't be cleaned, no fresh towels, and we also seen some mice pellets on the floor. DO NOT stay there!!!!

The laundry service. The reception should have some spare coins that guests can exchange with as it’s difficult for guests to have coins when they’ve just arrived .

Not value for money

There is no fan/AC in the rooms. We have to open the window and sleep in the night. Also there is no room service, we have to pay extra if you want your room get cleaned. I was not aware of this at the time of booking.

Spring in Paris

Apartment was clean and had all you need to make your stay pleasant. Nice and clean surrounding with lot of restaurants. Tram stop and metro within up to 10 min walk.

It’s worth the price!

We’ve received, we paid for!

It was difficult to find the hotel for the taxi driver! We’ve made several circles around the hotel, because its entrance is not visible from street. The hotel’s name should be shown with a bigger sign, which is visible from the street.

Comfortable and Well-Located

We really enjoyed our stay at Aparthotel Adagio Paris XV. The apartment was spacious, very well organised, and included a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. Everything was clean and in good condition. The location was excellent, close to the metro, bus lines, supermarkets, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Paris. It took us around 30 minutes to reach the city centre, which was very manageable. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Paris who prefers a bit more space and flexibility.

The hotel looks old and might need some renovation, especially for the mold part.

The location is good, easy to unload stuff and not that far from tourist area

Old and mold. Inside their room there is some mold spots. I had to take my antihistamine because my eyes, nose and throat gets itchy. We are paying almost 128€ per night and I think it’s not worth it.

We enjoyed our stay

Good location, really close to public transport, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Clean apartment. The sofa-bed was confortable. Heated apartment. Friendly and helpful staff.

Damaged furniture and lots of apparent water damage in wc. The apartment needed a few improvements. Beds are not that comfortable. A small pot would have been useful in the kitchen.

Good location and content. But huge presence of staffs smoking at any time.

The content of the room was fairly good. We wish to get basic cooking content such as coffee or cooking oil, sal, pepper.

Staffs are polite, however we can notice that their cigarette break seems to be their priority (and to finish smoking until the end) rather than customers waiting at the reception for any enquiry.

Place was dirty and very smelly. We had hot weather while in Paris and that made the place even more smelly and unpleasant since they haven’t got aircon. Staff don’t greet you when entering foyer, It was hard to get a smile from them at the front desk. I wouldn’t stay there again.

NOT AIR CONDITIONED. Beds are not comfortable and too small. Even the single beds, supposedly for two persons are actually two adjacent small beds where the mattresses move apart constantly. Cleanliness is not impressive. Pillows in the cupboards are stained. Prices are too high for the quality of the rooms.

BEST VALUE FOR MONEY IN ALL PARIS!!!

We had a room for 4 people/3 nights for only 430 euros. It had a big double bed and a sofa that turned into 2 individuals beds, all of them super comfortable. Plus, there is a full equipped kitchen with electric dishwasher with soap pills included!! Nearby you can find a Carrefour supermarket and metro lines 8 and 12 that takes you directly to the main attractions in Paris (opera, Montmartre...) Definitely recommend it.

Room service is not available. It's not correct to do it with extra charges. It should be included in hotel pay. That's what you are charging the hotel. To maintain good health and hygiene you should be doing room service and atleast you need to inform the customers. This is worst part.
