    The room is very nice and new. The bed is very comfortable yet there is no washing machine inside the apartment as mentioned. The location is far from Paris city center. We had to take about 1 hour metro rise.

    The room was perfectly clean, very spacious (it was a premium room with balcony and dining table), luminous and the balcony is quite large. The staff is very friendly and helpful: we loved the check-in experience which was welcoming due to a very pleasant receptionist. The hotel porter was very friendly and made us feel "at home". The hotel's location is fantastic: nearby restaurants, bars, the shopping street Jean Jaures is 10 mins walking away, the metro line 9 which runs across Paris is also 10 mins away. I can definitely recommend the hotel.
