It served a purpose, but I will likely not be returning to that particular Ibis hotel.

The room was tight, it was difficult to move around the twins beds. The bed was comfortable, but as the mattress and topper were no attached they tended to slide off of the bed.

The power went out in my room and on my floor, the response from reception was that there was nothing he could do but speak to his manager. He did not seem bothered at all my the outage.

Good location for a festival, nice staff, but no reason to return again

The location was great for rock en Seine festival The staff were lovely and friendly It was clean and when the beds were made that was nice, good housekeeping.

No wardrobe, no safe facility, no fridge, and it stunk really bad of sewage (especially when the air con was on)

The property was well located (very close to the metro) and the rooms were very clean.

It wasn’t clear at first where the reception was, but when we saw someone from the hotel, they immediately helped us.

Comfortable stay and well connected place

Overall very comfortable and clean place. Very pleasant for a short stay in Paris. The location was ideal for us because 1) it was quite close to a metro station, 2) it was very close to a supermarket, and 3) it was a quiet and trouble-free area. The staff was quite friendly and helpful at all times. The room was nice and fairly sized. The coffee/tea/juice available for free the whole time was a very welcome detail.

Only two complains: 1) The toilet being so close to a wall that sitting was not fully comfortable; 2) The shower doors didn't close completely; it didn't leak because we were careful with it, but it could happen at any time.

Smallest Ibis Room I've Ever Stayed In :')

~ Friendly and helpful staff, ~ Located right next to the Billancourt Metro station that takes you to the major tourist destinations in 15-20 minutes, ~ Clean and well-maintained as expected from an Ibis property, ~ Free coffee and tea throughout the day.

~ The room was super-small and had barely any space for two people, ~ The room size does not justify the price range, ~ The breakfast was elementary and just adequate.

the hotel elevator was not working, we stayed for 4 days and needed to climb up with our heavy luggages the phone in our room was not connected for phone call. key card was not working. often need to walk down again to lobby for change it. room for 2 persons is quite small but the bed is confortable enough
