Disappointing and not good value for money

The location was convenient to the Metro, local amenities, restaurants and exhibition centre. The hotel itself is clean, modern and comfortable

I booked a Queen Room for two nights which cost £599. That rate is equivalent to a hotel four stars and more, but was thoroughly disappointed. The room was not Queen size and basic. It was clean. It had no coffee/tea facilities which even the basic motels provide, no hairdryer, no iron (reception couldn’t find me one either) and no toiletries except for shampoo and handwash. The breakfast was so basic - no hot food - no variety. The hotel has a bar but no restaurant or room service. For £300/night for a Queen room I expected this is to be better. Really cannot justify this rate for no room amenities.

Check out and service, in my 130 days per year hotel stays, NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS IN THE PAST 20 YEARS. Girl could not organise invoice for me. HORRENDOUS, no manager, refers to website, new generation imbecils now at work.

All new, modern, and very clean, it is spacious for French standards and price. The staff was very friendly. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the subway station.

Pas de couette 2 personnes pour nu lit double

La literie J'ai réservé une chambre avec un lit double. L'hôtel m'a effectivement donné un lit double mais avec 2 couette 1 personne. Sachant que la couette n'était pas assez longue pour aller en bat du lit. Je suis allé voir à l'accueil et rien absolument rien ne pouvait être fait. Pas de remise, j'ai juste eu un voucher pour le bar de l'hôtel. Je ne trouve pas cela honnête. J'ai réservé une chambre "King size bed" avec le prix d'une chambre king size bed. Si une fois sur place je découvre à 11H du soir que le lit est king size mais les couvertures/couettes sont bcp plus petites mais que je paie toujours plein tarif, ça n'a pas de sens. Sans surprise j'ai très mal dormi et je suis extrêmement déçu de cet établissement (c'était ma 2eme fois)

Excellent séjour

Hotel parfait, bien situé au bon prix avec une qualité de l'accueil et de la chambre, c'est vraiment une bonne idée d'avoir crée un hotel si proche de la Porte de Versailles avec un confort de bon niveau pour les PROS.

Tout était parfait, rien à redire, restez comme vous êtes, on reviendra plusieurs fois dans l'année, ROOFTOP avec Bar à cocktail un vrai plus pour le business
