Perfect stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hife Paris Issy Porte de Versailles. Our room was clean, modern, spacious and equipped with a practical kitchen. The location was great, with bus, tram and metro connections within 10 min walk from the hotel. Major highlights were usually around 30 min by public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay but we think this hotel is more adapted to groups and younger clients.

The set up of the apartment. The facilities in the hotel. The automatic food and drinks dispensers. Good cleaning..

No space around the bed. You have to climb to your place in the bed.. The elevator from the entrance out of order for 3 days . Not enough personnel , only 1 person in attendance. We had an alarm scare one evening and there was only 1 person (the receptionist) to take care of everything. No telephone from the room.

Newly made hotel. Fresh paint job and clean property . Staff was helpful, very positive customer service. Gave upgrade as my Ac was not working .

Elevator in hotel had issues , garage lift was not working . room AC malfunction. Lower then basic level of breakfast . Can be avoided.

Amazing to have a barista make coffee for breakfast - and good croissants, yogurts and juices.

Personally I would have liked some non-sweet options too (e.g. cheese or ham for the baguette) but otherwise, good quality of what was there.

Dans l'ensemble un bon séjour

Le personnel très aimable à tout fait pour rattraper le manque du petit déjeuné. Chambre confortable. Hôtel idealement placé. Restaurants alentours succulents.

Le ménage n'est pas fait chaque jour mais j'ai demandé le changement d'une serviette, Cette tâche n'a été faite que le surlendemain. Sur les 3 jours de notre séjour le dernier petit déjeuné nous a laissé sur notre faim. A 9.15 heures il n'y avait plus de croissants, de pains au chocolat ni de baguette blanche.

Accueil au top. L’équipe est à l’écoute et bienveillante. Prob Le petit dej, on a beaucoup apprecié. Les lieux sont très cosy et très lumineux. Ambiance sympathique, j’y reviendrais avec grand plaisir.

Hôtel très confortable aux personnels exceptionnels

Il y a peu d'amélioration à apporter tellement le personnel est aux petits oignons avec la clientèle. Personnellement, traversant une passe difficile liée au problème de santé de mon mari, j'ai pu échangé avec l'agent en charge du petit déjeuner. J'ai rencontré une personne très attentionnée à mon égard aux grandes qualités humaines, et j'ai pu constater les mêmes attentions auprès du personnel d'accueil et de l'agent en charge de l'entretien. Dans ce monde perturbé, il faut savoir souligner et reconnaître ces belles valeurs humaines.

Le service, l amabilité et la sympathie de la personne qui s occupait des petits déjeuners. Les plats traiteur, très bon pour un petit prix, et accessibles à tout moment Le confort de la literie. L accès aux espaces détentes. La propreté des lieux.

Malheureusement, le bruit de la chambre voisine (douche, réveil matin...) Ainsi que Le bruits des ascenseurs. La douche qui n a été chaude qu un jour sur 3.

Super Hotel für Aktivurlauber

das Hotel liegt nur 4 km vom Eiffelturm entfernt, so dass man einen schönen Spaziergang dorthin machen kann bzw. einfach langs der Seine laufen gehen kann (wo viele Pariser den ganzen Tag zum Laufen unterwegs sind); Frühstück ist von hoher Qualität und sehr lecker; es gibt einen Mahlzeitenautomaten mit leckeren Mahlzeiten zu sehr fairen Preisen; zwei Bushaltestellen sind etwa in 2 Minuten Laufabstand und die nächste Metrostation (Balard) nur ca. 10 Minuten, so dass man verkehrstechnisch ziemlich gut angebunden ist, wirklich eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft würde ich sagen: hat eine kleine (aber ausreichende) Sauna, einen Fitnesssaal, der rund um die Uhr offen ist, und ein kleines Schwimmbecken mit allerdings kaltem Wasser (was aber immerhin ziemlich nachhaltig und nicht schlimm ist, wie ich fand) - die Innengestaltung des Hotels und der Zimmer ist erfrischend modern, nicht im geringsten kitschig, sondern pragmatisch-modern.

Die Fliessen auf den Stufen vor dem Schwimmbeckeneinstieg sind manchmal etwas rutschig, so dass man leicht ausrutschen kann, was mir auch einmal passiert ist und ich unglücklich & schmerzhaft gefallen bin - wäre toll, wenn man da geeignete Aufrauhungsklebestreifen auf die Bodenfliessen kleben könnte, damit jegliches Ausrutschen nicht mehr möglich ist
