The room was quite comfortable but needs updating.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the staff were friendly

The room needs updating and there were a number of things broken e.g. one of the draws, the kitchen sink tap, the bathroom door handle and the safe. Also there were no international channels on the TV or any apps.

Great 3* hotel for reasonable price

Very good location, a safe area, and very polite staff who fulfilled all my requests and even helped out after hours when I forgot my keys in the room😊 And it was really cute to get a little Christmas gift on Christmas Eve.

It was quite noisy outside and sometimes inside, but nothing with a hotel, just a popular Korean restaurant on the opposite side of the street and the poor sound isolation of the old building. Just keep it in mind if you're sensitive to it.

It is a very good location, there are many nice restaurants around, it is a quiet area. The rooms are small but clean and have a small kitchenette, with stove and microwave too. Staff is very polite and helpful.

I like to have morning coffee in the room, but couldn't get the room service, as it is supposed to be communicated via iPad in the room, which I didn't manage to get to work. But I still could go down to the kitchen and get coffee.

It was a relatively spacious room for Paris with a mini kitchen in a nice quiet neighborhood. Staff were lovely and helpful.

It would be great if the laundry facilities were a coin laundry facility, accessible 24 hours.

Good choice for a hotel, if you are looking to be outside the crazyness of Paris

Hotel room was spacious, very clean and overall comfortable. The hotel is located quite close to a metro line, from where you can reach directly Trocadero. The beds were extremly comfortable, we really had a relaxing sleep. The breakfast was very pleasant, since there was a loy of variety in the food and drink products. The parking of the hotel is close to the building.

The elevator is quite old and small, you can barely fit a bigger piece of luggage there.

Reception is super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with check-in time, and they were super understanding and helped us make it. The room is comfy for 3 people, bathroom is big enough and towels and toiletries are provided.

The hotel was very clean if somewhat plain. It is located very close to the metro, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Reception hours were sometimes inconvenient. No coffee maker in the room, though instant coffee and a kettle were provided.

It was well located near to shops, transport, etc. It was also near to relatives we were visiting. It was clean, well maintained and facilities were very good. Also, staff were super nice.

The only drawback was that I found the lift very compact, but then most of the lifts in Paris are all a little too compact for me.

A very mixed bag

Staff at the hotel were wonderful. Really friendly and helpful. I asked to change rooms after the first night because the heating/air conditioning was very noisy and couldn't be turned off. I was given a different room where the heating was a lot quieter and I was able to sleep properly.

The water in the shower wasn't really warm. The first two days it was at best lukewarm. Then on the third morning there was only cold water coming out of the taps but of course I still had to shower and wash my hair somehow. Which would be ok when I'm staying at a campsite in the middle of summer. But when I've got to get ready for work on a cold November morning and I'm paying over 100 EUR/night, I really want warm water for my shower.
