Really dissapointed with this stay. The biggest issue was the room, it was unbelievably hot and there was basically no proper air conditioning or ventilation. Sleeping was honestly miserable and I dont think its acceptable for a hotel room to get that hot. It felt like a genuine safety issue. The location was fine but that dosent make up for how uncomfortable the room was. I was expecting at least a basic comfortable nights sleep and unfortunatly didnt get that. I’ve contacted the hotel already and will also be raising this with Agoda because I dont think future guests should have to deal with this.

Enjoyed my night at Tim Hotel - staff were really welcoming, room was basic but clean. Location is good for Boulogne and easy to find on the main street.

Considering it is in Paris, the price was reasonable. While the hotel is not centrally located, accessibility is manageable due to convenient public transportation, with the nearest metro station being only a ten-minute walk away; furthermore, the surrounding neighborhood was found to be okay during our visit. However, the room was notably small and did not align with the photos. Fitting a large suitcase within the space was a challenge with 2 people inside the room. Although the presence of a bathtub in the bathroom was a positive feature. A major facility drawback was the extremely small elevator, which could only fit two tiny people. On a positive note, the service was excellent: the room was tidy and clean, with excellent daily housekeeping providing fresh towels and toiletries, lastly all members of the hotel staff were great!
