Everything as described, can only confirm other reviews - all new facilities, bathroom is great, mattress and linen are really good. Room is small but has everything that you might need. Neighbourhood is also nice.
The only thing that I didn’t like was noisy ventilation system, producing disturbing low sound. Might be problematic for sensitive people.
