Excellent apartment, plenty of parking space.

Best apartment on our Europe trip. More than we expected for family stay. Kitchen with all accessories, bed and overall space was excellent. Plenty of parking, however if you have low ground clearance vehicle with luggage in the boot, be careful on slope one floor down the parking..

Apartment must regularly check if all the appliances in the room are working properly.

Only advantage from me was that my whole family could stay in one apartment. It was not value for money for me.

1) Cleanliness was poor 2) Dishwasher didn’t clean the utensils 3) After changing the room, ceramic stove was taking too long to heat up 4) TV was working with very few channels after changing the room.

the size of the room is adequate for 4 persons. Complete facilities as mentioned on site. Good communication with the host and the staffs at the reception.

need to walk 8-10 mins to the train station and another 15 mins travel to the tourist destination. Poor air conditioning facilities. we need to request for electric fan.

Superb

Great location and 24 hour reception in a timeshare location. Of note, we saw some bedbugs on our wall after 2nd night but the staff was incredibly professional and moved us to a new room and gave money for laundry. I think it was a very small infestation, as it was just a couple bugs and we never got bit. I think the hotel took it seriously and treated the room promptly. I know Paris has had a rash of bed bug problems lately, and I don’t blame the hotel for this- they’re hard to see and come out at night.

Clean appartement room No. 803 at top level of building. Some nice view. Clean kitchen, toilet, bathroom, wardrobe and bed . Rather quiet and direct access from the garage. Free parking is great in this area.

Name does not match the location, which actually is easy to find. It is inside Adagio Apart Hotel building, same reception. Extra Sofa should be replaced. I did neither sit nor touch it. I personally found the cancellation policy misleading. I needed to leave earlier but could not adapt it after arrival. Communication with Booking was not satisfying. Owner did not answer at all.

Convenient location - close to public transport

We extended our stay - but that was not as simple as original booking - as the rates were WAY more expensive - so we have realised that you should not book on the day for an extension.

I liked the location according to my needs. Close to the exhibition halls. Close to restaurants and market. Close to tram station. Good bed and good pillow. All amenities and equipment in the kitchen.

Furniture was a little bit old. Need some renovation , especially on all doors. Window isolation was not so good. I was there in December and I was feeling the wind.

They had free parking spots.

The staff was extremely rude during check-in. He spoke to us in a disrespectful way. Although everything was payed beforehand on booking.com, there were extra charges to pay as soon as we arrived. None of that was mentioned while booming the stay. And when we tried asking the staff about it, he answered in an annoyed way. The rooms are old and could use a bit of maintenance. They requested a cleaning service fee to be payed and the room were not that clean at all. At 3 AM, we woke up to the sound of slamming doors in the corridor.

Disappointing

the location is good as it’s only 20 mins away by car from the eiffel tower. The reception staff was useful as we were quickly given our rooms. the private parking was also good.

It took a while to find the property, it is actually called the Adagio hotel and look for number 20. I have called multiple times on the numbers provided but no one picked up. The rooms were not cleaned though, especially the floors.

Great value, great location, comfortable, safe stay.

The property was in a safe area, with plenty of local restaurants near by. Short cab ride, or 30 min walk,to tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

complete Rip-off

an utter ripoff! couldn’t make the trip and they have the audacity of taking the whole amount, even though they have agreed to refund half of the amount but being greedy and thirsty for money made them change their mind! would certainly not recommend and better to stay away as there much better and plenty properties round the area which are worth it.

Location was good. Parking was free.. very convenient for everything like food and travel. Apartment was good too quite cozy

Minor stuff like they dont provide any tea or coffee but its cheap to buy @€2. Normally hotel would provide these. Apartments where we stayed previously had basic oil salt and sugar that was not there too so if u plan to cook u have to buy everything. I'm only mentioning these coz its suppose to be an aparthotel but in terms of content its neither. Also they didn't provide a baby that I asked for but we managed.
