The only thing I like during my stay was that the hotel location. It was next to where we were supposed to spend our weekend

The hotel room was in very poor condition. There was mold on the walls and in the bathroom, the bedsheets were yellowish-brown, and the floor was damaged/dirty. The room smelled musty, we had to sleep with the windows open just to breathe properly.

I really enjoyed my stay at OKKO Paris Porte de Versailles. The hotel was very clean, cozy, and had a friendly atmosphere. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was comfortable, modern, and quiet – a perfect place to relax after a long day in Paris. I would definitely stay here again!

Very very basic

Everything about this hotel was pretty basic. It wasn’t as close to any of the main attractions that people would want to see in Paris. You had to get two trains to get to the Eiffel Tower / The Louvre etc. Even the breakfast was basic. For the money spent on the room, I did think it was quite expensive.

The state of the walls in the bedrooms was quite bad. There were odd looking holes in my room. The breakfast as well - there was nothing fried available, nor was there any decent tea.

Staff was very friendly. Helped with our little knowledge of French.

Rooms specifically beds were old and outdated. In my daughter’s room the whole headboard was coming apart. Water & cups not easily accessible.

Location is good for going the Paris Expo. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room is spacious enough.

The shower glass door did not have a seal under, so water leaked onto the sink area during showering.

Modern and good location.

The modern toilet shutters are a bit weird as felt like anyone in the room can see you in the loo. Also no open windows or balcony made me feel a bit claustrophobic.

No proper wardrobe in a 4 star hotel is not acceptable. Also no place to place your toiletries in the shower cabin.

Loved how helpful the staff were, always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome. Ali helped us book a taxi and made sure we got to the airport safely

The man working the reception was very unwelcoming his name is Ali he didn’t smile at all we asked him to send the cleaner to our room while we go out he answered that cleaning is automatic time so we answered : ok no problem we want just a new towel . After we came back,our room had not been cleaned at all ! in the end after i do chek out mr.ali told us to have a good rating in bookin !
