A great base but not in central Paris.

EVERY THING WAS GREAT A very quiet location with good transport links to central Paris. The apartment is just outside the Peripherique. There is a bus direct to Gare du Nord, ideal for Eurostar connections. As the apartment is part of a larger complex there are additional services available The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking implements. The pull down from the ceiling bed was very comfortable. I was travelling and the washer/dryer in the shower was perfect for a quick refresh of trousers and tops. There is a larger laundry in the building. I wanted for nothing and Mario was an excellent host.

A great experience staying in Paris

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is quiet and peaceful, equipped with everything one would need. The location is also nice and safe, several grocery stores just in a few minutes on foot. There are two metro lines nearby, about 10min walk to each. I particularly liked the comfortable working desk and the spacious bed. And I wanna point out that Mario is a wonderful host. Upon my arrival I had a problem in the apartment, and Mario reacted promptly and we have sorted everything out in the best way possible. I would gladly stay over when I visit Paris again.

One thing that disturbed me - sometimes there was no hot water after 23:00. Not sure whether it was a temporary issue or it's a regular thing in the apartment complex. Anyway, it's better to take shower before that time.

Ideal accommodation for the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre

Very, very well-equipped, very clean and very quiet accommodation, located in a secured building. You can walk to the metro station and the Parc des Expos in less than 10 minutes. Or, if you have luggage, just take the tram (2 minutes away) and ride 1 stop to the metro. Just as quickly by foot, but in the other direction, there is a lively district with supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, etc.

Paris 8 day trip

just far enough from the noise and hustle and bustle of the downtown area, but not too far. Lots of restaurants and groceries near by. Many public transportation options just a short walk.

Superb

the host is very responsive and friendly and the room is located close to a metro & tram station. and if you plan to visit the Palace of Versailles, it does save up some time for you. it provides varied kitchenware and facilities, therefore, it's easy to do a bit of cooking.

the only tiny drawback is the window view- other people in the building can see you clearly (as you can see them) if the blinds are open. some lights required to be fixed- otherwise, everything is good.

a comfortable stay if you have a car

communication with host is excellent, the bed is comfy, many facilities, easy automated check in and garage is very practical for 7 euros a day

the bathroom is very small and the 10 min walk to reach the metro station isn’t amazing as you must walk under an overpass (nothing dangerous, but it doesn’t feel great especially at night)

A home away from home.

What I loved about the studio was the complete autonomy. You had direct assess to your room with no hassle by the front desk or 3rd parties. The location of the studio was also next to the metro, trains and bus stops. Highly convenient and easily accessible. You had multiple options in getting to the museums and city center (T2 line, M39 Bus stop, M8 Balard Station and M12 metro station). All walking distance. The studio itself was highly comfortable, clean, spacious with great WiFi, Netflix and other streaming services. The bed was comfortable with a cozy bedspread especially after a long day of exploring Paris. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking or storing food during your stay. There were a couple of supermarkets around the corner as well as restaurants and bakeries. Mario was highly communicative and made things very practical in aims to experience a great visit to Paris.

Great host, one room apartment that offers everything needed, even a small washing machine! The bed is being lowered from the ceiling, coolest gadget ever seen in a guest apartment. Balcony is very relaxing. Overall very quiet, slept with windows open.

clean apartment, close to metro station, supermarket nearby, clean and quiet, was good for the 2 weeks I was there!

if you’re only in town for a few days and want to be closer to “downtown”, consider that you may need 20 mins by metro to place de la Concorde for example. didn’t bother me though, I also walked there frequently

Exceptional

Mario is great host, apartments is very well equipped, located in a pleasent neighborhood, metro is few min from apartments, you can also rent a bike (150m from apartments) and ride along Seine -in 15 min there is La Tour Eiffel. We had really great time, thanks Mario!

Bien situé, à proximité de mon lieu de stage, petit studio tout confort avec un joli balcon qui donne sur une cours intérieure….parfait, De plus, la personne qui s’occupe de ces appartements réponds très vite à nos demandes, encore parfait 👍👍
