please impove the facilities of hotel , they are old and out of date.

the main problm was the comunication of the reception, the old man was really unresponsive and he could not helped me with enough he also could not speak english.

improve the reception comunication skills, also facilities in the rooms are poor so beter to put extra carpet or side table and frishneess

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The staff were brilliant throughout our stay—especially the young man at the front desk, who was the most helpful of all. He went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Nothing worth mentioning except of the AC which was enough.

Nearly everything since basic corridor cleaning conditioning, to room amenities, breakfast quality and prep and rooms which were dated at least 30 years back and in total need of renovation.

It is closer to 2 different metro stations. It is really convenient due to the 12 line which connect with most of the others.

Friendly staff but worn down building and room, not what one would expect form a 4-star hotel

When I told them that they gave me a room with dirty sheets and towels they changed them quickly.

General cleanliness was kind of poor, also the room was super small and the furniture was really bare and cheap. The hotel generally appeared pretty old and worn down.

Good choice if you dont mind beeing a bit outside the city

Modern clean rooms with nice staff. Free coffee and water all day long. The location is okey, just a bit of a walk to the metro.

As the hotel is located right between two metro stations it takes some time to reach them.

Great place to stay in Paris

Great location (supermarkets, restaurants etc. in walking distance) and although we couldn’t book a parking space via booking.com they did have a parking garage and with an extra fee they provided us with parking which was great! the rooms are comfortable and clean. can only recommit be stay there.

Only small remark, our room was very very warm when we got there (although the AC was on 19 degrees, this became better when we turned it off - however I can imagine in summer this may be tough. the window could only be opened a slight bit - which was a bit annoying when we tried to cool the room down. The shower was nice and clean however it felt like a bit we had to make the choice between: extremely hot or icy cold water temperature- there didn’t seem to be a in between.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The stuff at the reception was exceptionally friendly and ready to help in every way possible! We felt very welcomed and would love to come back again. The overall property is very well taken care of - new, always clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is perfect - you can easily get to the metro station and get to see the main attractions quickly. In general, it was a great value for the money and we wish all the best to the team and hotel! Thanks a lot for contributing to our beautiful stay in Paris!!! ❤️

If I go back to Paris, this is a great place to stay, using a travel pass on public transportation

The room was very silent, slept very well. Great with air-condition as it was so warm weather. Nice with the space outdoor on the 5th floor and in the breakfast area. Fresh, nice and clean. Access to fresh water in the lobby. Grocery shop and many restarants just around the corner. Walking distance to Metro, tram, buses and Paris expo. Great assistance how to use public transports to the airport :-)
