Authentic french

Personally loved the location, not right in the centre. Which meant a more authentic, less touristy area. You have your convenient french supermarket with all essentials, boulangarie and restaurants. These did have staff that could speak some english, but they much appreciated our efforts at speaking french. On arrival we got a very reasonable (£13) Uber taxi from Gard du Nord (45 mins drive in traffic) which helped with luggage. Then there is a tram and metro right outside for exploring days. Staff were helpful, Rose in particular, helped greatly in planning out a day and tips with transport. Hotel was immaculate, and most of all, it smelt amazing 😍

For those who would be looking for a central hotel, this is not it. But equally you can use numerous transport. And if you like touristy, this isn't for you. This is a great for a traditional french area.

We had a lovely comfortable stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Lovely hotel with the tram and metro very close by. Good location. The room was large enough for the three of us with a double sofa bed and large double bed. Both beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet and we slept well. Filtered water was available on the Mezzanine level. All the staff we met were friendly and greeted us.

The hotel reception staff were very apologetic but the lift to our room was out of order. We had to use a lift to the Mezzanine level then use the fire escape stairs to go up to the next floor. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavy bags. The receptionist offered to show us where the room was which was appreciated.

Good stay but hotel could pay more attention to details.

Good location, not central but has Metro line 12 at a very short distance. Area is safe for walking around and exploring nearby restaurants.

1. Toilet had a constant unpleasant smell even after housekeeping cleaning. I suspect they don't use strong / effective cleaning products. 2. Room does not have a mini. If you have any food items with you, you won't have a place to keep them organised. For us travelling as a family this was a downside.

Amazing staff, lovely location, good breakfast

It’s a lovely hotel located near to metro station, tram/bus stand and many restaurants. The breakfast is good. They have car parking. Beds are comfortable. Moreover everything the staff are amazing. I had a medical need for my daughter, they arranged for a doctor very quickly. I had to extend my stay, they did it very easily. As my daughter was sick they arranged to give the breakfast at room. These guys specifically who are there at reception are amazing. I would strongly recommend this hotel and whenever I am in Paris, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel with bad service

We booked a room with air condition… We came late in the first night and couldn’t sleep. Next day I asked the staff if they could fix the issue with the air condition. The answer was that in Paris is normal and is not season for air condition… fair enough but I paid for one with… and I was not mentioned that it was not working. We had 3 really bad nights as the room steams up during the day. We came with an agreement with the front desk but when we came back he changed his mind.

Other than the elevator the breakfasts were awesome the room was really nice.

Everything was good nice room and would stay again.

I had an unfortunate incident in the elevator. As the doors were closing I went to hold them back for my partner. To my surprise my hand being placed between the doors didn't stop them from closing. In my home country elevator doors are designed to stop with little pressure. To make a long story short both doors made contact with my left hand. At that time I pulled my hand out making contact with a sharp object that sliced open a generous portion of my skin. I had like an open flap that I bandaged shut. It was pretty messy. I'm sure your cleaning crew noticed the blood in the bed that leaked thru the bandage overnight. Its all healed without stitches but it was scary at the time. I guess I should have used my foot.

Good value for money but far from city

The staff were super friendly and helpful when asking about getting around town. The breakfast was very nice which a nice variety of food on offer. Our bed was very comfortable aswell. Public transport literally on door step.

Location wise - this is not the hotel for me if I was to visit next time. I had to either take the bus or metro to get around as nothing was close by such as tourist attractions. Plenty of restaurants close by which made it easy after a long day of walking and catching public transport. No English TV channels, no iron.

Gorgeous hotel and good location - clean!

Gorgeous property in a good location especially with the tram stop right outside. About 30 mins to central. Good amenities and the place was clean.

A clothing item went missing from my room which the hotel refunded me for. Lost my trust in the hotel but this was the only negative. The hotel dealt with the matter swiftly.

Room wasn’t the same that I reserved through booking.com Parking was 80 euros though it wasn’t the hotel we parking but hotel had direct elevator to access it Stuff at the reception wasn’t very good at their job, didn’t know basic things about their hotel and surroundings, I had a feeling that they are hiring some immigrants to save on money at cost of quality
