Very good for the exhibition centre, very comfortable, pool was a bonus and very friendly staff.

Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. The pool was good. Location extremely handy for the exhibition centre and Metro Station.

Room was a little small and not much storage. Not having milk in the room to go with the coffee.

Great time in beautiful Paris

The location was great the pool was a bonus sadly the hot tub didn’t work great staff and wonderful breakfast & a comfy quiet room. Would stay again.

Wasn’t good value for money and the least favorite place we have stayed so far this year out of 5 countries!

Not much, I think the pool and breakfast was pretty decent.

A lot wasn’t right. The shower was weird and basically covered with a curtain, there was no dressing table, there was basically no cupboard, the fridge and coffee machine in the room didn’t work but it was left there and the toilet didn’t have a door.

Good value and nice for families with friendly staff.

The property was good value for Paris and the room was good for a family (we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the room because we wanted to explore Paris). Garden was nice (had to enter through bar area- we sat and had a relaxing drink. Pool was fine, could do with a bit of a upgrade but good for the kids and we went in it every day as it was hot weather outside and it was nice to get wet and cool off. Breakfast was good value and lots of options. We were close to metro and was 20 mins into Paris which was convenient but work is being done on that line this summer so would be best to check metro is still open and working. All in all, perfect for an easy family stay.

We had to move room initially because of an air con leak but the staff were lovely and sorted it straight away. Key cards were variable - sometimes didn’t work but again staff always sorted it.

A fantastic hotel.

Great location and easily connected to main tourist hot spots in Paris. Room very clean with great facilities. Great breakfast. Small but adequate swimming pool. Staff very friendly and always keen to help. Good local restaurants too.

Friendly hotel near the expo complex

Very nice hotel near the Expo Versailles, where I was on business. Metro station within 3 minutes walk. Shops and restaurants nearby. Very nice staff, everyone was smiling. If it weren't for the fact that we were just experiencing 40-degree heat - a room with a large terrace would have been absolutely great. Breakfast fine, above standard for Paris. Children really appreciated the hotel pool. Room was clean.

The pool requires a renovation. And maybe a little more maintenance.

The breakfast was so so, I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past, and the reason that I rebooked was the amazing breakfast buffet that used to have.

Terribly rude and aggressive host at the entrance. He was constantly coming up and checking on what you touch what you picked up and being very rude about it to the point where I had to say something to the other staff members who were actually nice. They should fire this guy!

Staff were super friendly and accommodating to me as a traveller on crutches; service was of very high quality. Breakfast staff helped bring me food from the buffet. Cleaning staff helped place a shower stool. I was given a room close to the lift door.
