Location was fantastic! Close to restaurants. The interior decor was great and the amenities were lovely.
Staff were fantastic and really helped us. Special thank you to Mattheiu who is new but was exceptional at looking after us , he made great cocktails and even when the bar was closing made special effort to do so.
There were a few little details that needs to be improved on. For a 4 star hotel I feel they need to be quicker at cleaning areas. For instance we waited around for breakfast tables to be cleaned before eating. And we had to prompt the staff in the restaurant a lot. Rooms were smaller than expected and there was alot of dust on the glass shelving units that hadn’t been cleaned during our stay.
Restaurant was also limited in the evenings but breakfast was good when the tables were eventually cleared.
You also have to ask for a bathrobe and slippers from reception.
However they do try & go above and beyond when prompted.
