Fabulous property. Hotel staff was friendly, fluent in both English and French. The Bartender Imran was very talented and created high quality, Michelin star drinks. He was our favorite part of the hotel. The spa was very relaxing. The hotel is not far from the Effiel Tower.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was fantastic — with the subway, buses, and trams right outside the hotel, getting around Paris couldn’t have been easier. There were also plenty of independent restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which gave me lots of great dining and shopping options. I loved that I could explore different areas of the city on foot as well. The spa and swimming pool were also a highlight — both were well-maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The only downside to my stay was that the room didn’t have a mini fridge, which would have been useful for keeping drinks and snacks cool.

Nice, but for 4* and nearly £200/night should be a lot better.

Cleanliness, chilled bar area. Room was very new and nicely presented. Well soundproofed. Room was serviced everyday.

Mattress was very firm. Staff although mostly helpful when asked were very inexperienced in the front of house role. On arrival no one offered to help with luggage, no one offered to show us to the room, no one explained where the facilities were, ie spa, breakfast area, what facilities were available and when. Room was very new but no one showed us how to set the ac. If you turn the lights off by the door all power is off so phones won't charge. In 4 nights we never did figure out how to use the electric towel rail in bathroom to dry things. Water pressure is very low.

It has a terrace and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is very nice

I think a strange sound coming from the water system can be heard in the room in the morning and evening. Furthermore stated twice that the adjustable holder of shower head in the room was broken, the issue was not taken into consideration.

Everything the staff was disrespectful and the place was untidy, they charged us the wrong amount and staged a robbery and refused to answer the phone after calling over 100 times and I mean that literally.

No hospitality of comfort, just design

Spa is lovely - I could literally move in there, so nice.

Where to begin? Hotel is all about design *albeit finishing is not good, you could get tetanus from cmscratching uoirself at elevators or doors* but all in all it looks great but misses most elements needed for hospitality. Designed by men for men. Spa has no hairdryers and if yours in the room is missing, reception doesn't have a spare one. Rooms are small, bare and so small they barely fit the bed. No coffee, no vanity set, no slippers - nothing. Even at breakfast coffee options are limited. Staff has no clue if and on which days the kitchen is open, they also can't recomnend any places to eat. There was one nice receptionist, but the rest are on a mission to make your life difficult.

It was located in a good location. Close to Metro. Various restaurants close by. The Spa was very nice. Clean rooms. Nice bar area. Good décor.

The breakfast was good, the issue was that the food trays were not replenished in a timely manner. Waited too long for empty trays to be filled. Many tables had dirty dishes waiting to be picked up. The hostess was more interested in asking what room you were staying at, than in maintaining the breakfast area with food. It was not managed properly. Poor skills and or attention to this by management. Also the rooms didn't have any toiletries. Very little amenities in the rooms.

The hotel was extremely clean & comfortable. Rooms serviced each day & we were given fresh towels each morning . Pool area was very relaxing . Very close to Metro station - easy to get anywhere in Paris .

The hotel is located in a nice area with lots of restaurants bars nearby, there are also several metros nearby, the room was clean and tidy and I liked the reusable water bottles. There was two good lifts to the rooms. I phone charging points in room.Massive TV .

The hotel serves its purpose for a 2 night stay. The finer details need attention.

It was clean and located in a nice spot with restaurants either side.

The TV didn’t work and the staff weren’t very helpful about it. Said they would change rooms on my last night. I drank the water that was supplied in bottles in the room and they were not replaced with new ones or new teabags, when the room was cleaned.

The refund of the guarantee deposit of 300 euros per room is uncertain, and unfortunately, there is no option to deduct any charges for room service during check-out due to a system failure. Additionally, the 440 euros charged during the booking process before check-in also lacks clarity regarding its refund timeline. Furthermore, when I attempted to get a coffee at 8 AM, I was informed that the barista had not arrived yet.
