Wonderful city, wonderful hotel

The hotel location is good for the tourist. It means, you can use the metro' station to go to the city centre in 20 minutes. The breakfast is wonderful : quality food is very high with also a great variety. The gym is enough large and equipped. The staff is nice, helpful and kind. The room has a good size and an high quality of sanitary equipment

Ok hotel for close to conference but there are better

Clean and really quick check in.

Breakfast staff always seemed to struggle to check everyone in when it’s busy before a conference. Food quality for breakfast was very low so poor value for money at €26. Would suggest eating elsewhere. One morning all food was cold and was asked to live tables midway through eating. Basically it was a total miss.

Helpful personnel, good facilities, good location

Helpful and kind staff.

They clean the rooms very late. You com work from work at 6pm. The room is still not clean. Just as you start relaxing somebody shows up. I stayed there 5 nights and it was the same thing each evevning.

I will never choose this hotel again

We stay at the Marriot for 2 nights. First day althought the check in was at 15.00 pm, we went to our room at 20.00 pm and still was not ready. Second day we went to the room in the afternoon and it was again, still havent been clean. We ask the room to be clean 3 times.

Underwhelming for its price point

A Usual Courtyard Marriott Property

Hotel facilities were as one would expect from a Courtyard Marriott. I didn't like the fact that we were given the room with the smallest window in the hotel without announcing it to us (I prefer bright rooms with big windows). Overall, the stay was comfortable and as expected. Check-in was smooth, staff were pleasant and helpful and breakfast was good value. Location was great with walking distance to the Expo.

For some reason, We were provided a room with the smallest window in the hotel without disclosing this to us. The breakfast room was a bit tight and very busy as the hotel was fully booked during our stay.

Wonderful short stay in Paris

We loved the location of the hotel. Very close to the metro stations and lots of restaurants nearby along with Carrefour City convenience store. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms allocated was spacious. I was surprised to not get any noise disturbance in the night. The breakfast was wonderful and staff took care to your requirements. The hotel is located in a neat, clean and safe neighbourhood. Overall a great stay and would love to come back and stay again.

Central location. Staff are friendly I asked reception to check my mini fridge cuz it wasn’t working but they fixed it right away.

We got stuck in one of the elevator for about 15 minutes. The technician was able to get us out without having to wait for elevator company tech to come . Breakfast could have been better if they would change it up sometimes. The same everyday. Good quality food though.

what i didn’t like is the deposit they made me pay while check in for 2000€ which is ridicules amount and when i asked why to the receptionist the answer was “it’s for the bar and for the restaurant and you know !” i told her i will not use anything i already paid for breakfast and i’m here for work only i don’t have time and she never gave any other alternative even after i disagreed on the amount and the amount is still on hold on my card ! so for that i will rate it 1 star and i wouldn’t come here again
