Ok for a cheap overnight stay if just need a bed

Easy location , good parking . Bed and pillows comfortable

In need of some TLC walls and skirtings dirty bathroom seals mouldy. Breakfast poor value for money hot option cold , scrambled egg inedible

It was very close to where my daughter lives so made it very easy to visit.

It was very convenient, had parking, a little tight but great to have. The room was spotless and well presented. It would have been great to have a kettle for tea.

I wouldn't stay at the basic IBIS hotel again

Slightly out of town but a nice suburb of Annecy. Breakfast was fine.

Noisy at night, don't stay on the top floor .there is a private apartment and they seemed to come and go all the time, banging doors and turning locks. Super thin walls. Extremely basic room. TV wasn't smart so you can't stream/cast anything.

Great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a really pleasant stay here. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food and beverages. Parking was a necessity on our trip as we had bikes attached to the rear of our car - we were very happy with the secure underground parking facility at this hotel. Approximately 20 min walk into central Annecy which didn’t bother us as it was nice to explore the surrounding areas before arriving at the Lake. Wow… what a beautiful place - we would definitely return here.

Good parking, nice breakfast, only a 20 minute walk into a vibrant town.

Room was quite small with limited hanging space for clothing. Only one pillow each initially but they were happy to provide 2 more on request.

A well priced hotel

It was mainly that they had a secure car park. But it’s reasonably priced and possible to walk in to town via a river walk.

Room was a little tight especially for 2 with suitcases but overall a good hotel and the staff were helpful

Helpful staff, but not well-maintained property.

The staff - especially Samuel and Anna - were very friendly and helpful. Samuel was willing to help me with the bluechip to help with my parking issues. That was very kind of him.

Poor air conditioning units in the room. We struggled for 2 nights, and our little daughter found it really hard to sleep during the night. We also noticed dog fur on the carpet. That meant that the carpet wasn't vacuumed well.

If you can’t change the size of the rooms, make them more welcoming - and cleaner

The car park was impossible, the rooms were so tiny I felt like I was sleeping in a shipping container. They were also filthy, I came away feeling more stressed than before I arrived.

Very impressed with the overall service from the Ibis.

We were given a very small room and I asked if we could have a larger room, which we received. So very happy with the service we received and the helpfulness of the staff.

Didn’t like the coffee or the other hot drinks from the dispenser.

The faulty AC made my stay very uncomfortable!

Air conditioning wasn’t working properly It was 34C outside Very uncomfortable in the room with a faulty AC I have mentioned it several times to the staff but nothing was done! I am a frequent customer of this hotel, so I don’t think this is acceptable!

The hotel add additional charges for children.

Great rooms and breakfast

Staff wanted additional charges for children even that the rooms and breakfast was already booked and paid for via booking.com. Make sure to read the policies if you children is over 7 or 12…if you read on the hotel webside even that booking.com say they are for free when up to 17.

Great hotel all round

Modern, trendy decor and the rooms are very spacious with a balcony chairs & table. Walk-in large shower and a separate toilet which is great for a family! Rooms contain 1 double bed a single in an alcove, double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Plenty seating and all modern on show storage. Self Service Breakfast was excellent quality with a fabulous selection hot and cold.

Half an hours walk from the lake but is on a bus route with the bus stop opposite. The air con wasn’t brilliant.

One member of staff was as helpful as possible

I needed parking & the Booking.com website said "Private Parking", which is why I booked this hotel. The private parking is NOT correct as we were told that our mid-size car would not fit & so we had to leave it in a supermarket car park in which the parking time needed to be renewed. Very disappointing & would not stay there again.

Price/quality ratio. Very clean and spacious. Very nice staff. Small details which make a difference, such as gummies at the entrance. Very calm area.

The parking is very convinient, but the entrance is a bit tricky, very narrow. Location is not at the center (30min by walk). But we knew this and was totally fine to walk to the center.

Our family room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff and parking connected to the hotel. Overall lovely exprience.

Breakfast tables were not cleaned after every client. Cutlery not so clean and coffee from the machine at the breakfast was awful.

nice location close to restaurants. staff very friendly.

Room was ice cold (heating device not able to heat room. Bathroom even worse). poor cleaning (old paper/garbitsch underneath the beds). Bathroom and shower VERY small (considering it was a family room)
