Great room

Excellent. Will def be back

Annecy is my favorite town in France. This hotel was in such a convenient location we didn't need to drive to see the most interesting places. Around the lake, it is a wonderful experience. The hotel had secure parking, easy access using a code. The room was clean, comfortable, excellent. Breakfast was exceptional. We will be back whenever we can.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The property suited all our needs and having parking right there was great for us.

It was a little hot and the fan in room 320 is noisy.

Liked that we had a tiny kitchen with a fridge. Nice views. It's a short bus journey from the centre and a short walk from there. Was clean enough except grout in bath/shower. Was quiet at night.

Breakfast was passable during the week. Was a basket on weekends consisting of a loaf, orange juice, milk, some jams, apple puree and fruit jelly pots, coffee and fruit tea but not breakfast tea. Nothing we really wanted. No air con. Fan in wardrobe we only realised on the last night. Staff unable to speak much English so we couldn't find out any information about local activities. You are expected to empty bins outside and strip beds at the end of your stay.

Location was good walking distance to old town & to supermarket

Before arrival i messaged the property explaining i had injured my foot & asked for an early check in as check in is not until 3pm , I got no reply at all . We arrived & waited until 3pm . We eventually got to our room ,there was a really bad smell in the hall & it looked grubby , the whole interior looked grubby as did the exterior, but we decided not to let it bother us , we weren't expecting 5star for the price ,but clean & fresh would have been nice . 3 days into our stay (we stayed 6 nights ) we needed more toulet tissue & towels , (on check in day there was 2 small toilet rolls & 1 bath towel & 1 small towel ,my hubby asked & was given another bath towel ) so after a few days of using the towels we asked for fresh towels the man we were dealing with asked when we would be checking out ,on hearing we had another 3 nights he gave us a bath towel but said he had no small towels , we had run out of toilet tissue so we asked for some , he disappeared into a room & came back with 1 toilet roll , I then remembered we needed a bag for the bin in our room when I asked for this the man replied " you ask for many things " I was shocked ,I replied the things I need are basic needs & I forgot to pack rubbish bags & toilet tissue ( sarcasm ) he went & brought back 1 bag ,bear in mind they charge you €30 if you don't take the rubbish out & put bedding & towels in a laundry bag . We had a small patio area (which we were grateful for as it was very warm weather) it had 4 chairs & no table & was covered in weeds , it just looked so unkempt. We never got clean sheets during our 6 night stay, but for me having to ask for toilet tissue was just unbelievable & to be told that I asked for many things. I usually never give bad reviews but I feel compelled to write this.

15 minute walk to the Centre of Annecy, beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out and easy to park your car (you do have to pay for the parking) the room was small but good enough for 1 night. Wouldn't stay here for a week though
