Okay for short stay outside the city centre

Was very clean

It was very noisy, you could hear people in room closer to you and people moving around the allway. Room smaller compared to what pictures were showing. Shower was leaking water and creating a mess in the bathroom!

A quiet and comfortable stay

The hotel was very quiet, which made the stay relaxing. The room had air conditioning and enough space for two people for a couple of nights. Parking was available right outside, which was convenient. I didn’t check every corner for dirt or small issues, but overall, everything looked fine and comfortable. Would I stay again? It depends on the situation, but probably not as my first choice.

The breakfast wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t pay extra to have it there again. Other than that, there weren’t really any negative points to mention.

The staff was great but the sheets in the bed was full of hair. There is a problem with their laundry I guess but it was very dissapointing.

We were able to check in after 10pm. Lift was available.

the cheapest place I could for in booking last minute free parking

no AC or fan making it really difficult to sleep and impossible for to sleep with open window due to people picnicking outside until midnight. shower head was completely destroyed and the only way to shower is to keep it up with one hand while showering

Good for a shorter stay in good weather, if you are outside the hotel most of the time anyways.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the small common/dinner/breakfast room was light and clean. The sitting area in front of the hotel - with the benches, tree/bushes and fairylights was very nice - but of course you can only use it when it`s dry and warm enough. There is a microwave you can use and some groceries you can buy.

The common room is quite small so if everyone in the hotel would like to have breakfast would not fit. In the warm months this is not a problem, but when it`s colder/rainy, it would be a problem to actually have an area to sit in other than your room - which in our case was very small and not too light. It`s totally fine for a small budget and if you mainly want to be outside the hotel anyways. :) For us it was totally fine :) Though it would have be nice to have a fridge to store things.

Worth the money. Comfortable and Clean Beds. Late Check-In Timings. Nice Ambience around the Hotel.

The place is a bit far from Lake Annecy, around 20minutes walking. Our bathroom was a bit small and it flooded every time we showered. No dedicated luggage storage area but you can still keep your luggage with them.

for a very short stay , may be a night, its ok because of its location. not value for money.

Location was good. Friendly staff and the check-in was easy and fast. Hotel has a large open car park which looks quite safe. Food outlets are near by. So no issue for food. Hot water and room heating was satisfactory.

Too basic room compared to its rate. The toilet was very small and not up to the mark. it was clean though. Rooms are small and cramp as well. No amenities inside the room other then a packet of shower gel in the toilet.

the location was a bus journey away from the city centre. The room was a bit cramped.
