Appart Hotel Neostelia

Self catering so proximity of small supermarket was very useful. Very clean and up to date rooms, comfortable bed and quiet - what more could you want! Parking on road close by was possible although parking was available on site for an additional payment. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and felt very safe throughout the day and overnight. We arrived earlier than we had expected but were greeted warmly and generally felt very welcome.

Driving into Annecy at busy times took a while but that was predictable and more than offset by the aparthotel's advantages.

Comfortable place to stay if you have a car , room large enough , bed comfortable. Good facilities. A good place to stay in Annecy.

Our room was Close to elevator but it was not disturbing. The room was not perfectly cleaned. I didn’t like the cleaning part we have to do before check out , but it s the rules of the property.

Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo usufruito del deposito bagagli prima del check in. La struttura è moderna, la camera pulita e accessoriata. Nei dintorni della struttura è disponibile un'ampia zona dove si può parcheggiare gratuitamente

Leggermente distante dal centro (25 minuti circa a piedi), forse servirebbero delle tende alle finestre

Parking and modern facilities. Nice person at the reception and they reply quickly through booking.

Room was small, low ceiling which made it feel even smaller. No place to put luggage. AC automatically setup at 28 degrees during a heat wave which made difficult to sleep. Toilet paper is not provided…
