- Beautiful view of lake from room
- Extremely clean
- Good breakfast
- Very friendly staff
- Free luggage storage
- Well connected to the centre by bus; short walk from the lake (I actually preferred being out of the busy centre)
- Supermarket nearby
- No tea/coffee making facilities in room - it would have been perfect with a kettle
- Breakfast options a little limited if you have a gluten allergy (lots of cereals, breads and cakes). Still able to have eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt and preserves, but would have been great if there was a gluten free cereal or bread option (minor point!)

The cleanliness Fullstop
From the moment we stepped in, it felt like a clinic or rehab centre! Decor very poor, breakfast area looks like a hospital canteen, room too tiny with no ac, we had to leave window open as it was too hot. Also window overlooking the parking area where we heard people shouting late at night and also early morning. I asked for a washing machine as I needed to wash clothes, was told they didn't have any even though I showed the receptionist a photo of a washing machine on their booking.com photos.
