Wonderful stay - Ill come back next time I visit Annecy!

- Extremely good value for the price - Beautiful view of lake from room - Extremely clean - Good breakfast - Very friendly staff - Free luggage storage - Well connected to the centre by bus; short walk from the lake (I actually preferred being out of the busy centre) - Supermarket nearby

- No tea/coffee making facilities in room - it would have been perfect with a kettle - Breakfast options a little limited if you have a gluten allergy (lots of cereals, breads and cakes). Still able to have eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt and preserves, but would have been great if there was a gluten free cereal or bread option (minor point!)

Quieter out of town location - but less than 5 min walk to bus stop for free July and August bus into town. Or 2km walk and you're at Petit Port on the lake - the nicer and quieter part anyway! Great staff and good breakfast and clean room with lake views. Well worth it for what I paid.

Two pillows for sure would have been more comfortable.

Good location and accommodation for easy driving access to Annecy.

Comfortable accommodation with a balcony. Distant view of the lake. Breakfast was good and nice to have shared access to a microwave and fridge.

Unfortunately we hit some hotter days, so air conditioning would have been nice.

Seems like a hospital converted into a hotel

The cleanliness Fullstop

From the moment we stepped in, it felt like a clinic or rehab centre! Decor very poor, breakfast area looks like a hospital canteen, room too tiny with no ac, we had to leave window open as it was too hot. Also window overlooking the parking area where we heard people shouting late at night and also early morning. I asked for a washing machine as I needed to wash clothes, was told they didn't have any even though I showed the receptionist a photo of a washing machine on their booking.com photos.

Superb

The breakfast was good !! You have everything to eat, bread, milk, cereal, cheese, ham, yogurt and boiled eggs done by yourself. The room was neat and clean. I would definitely choose this place if I come again. I am traveling by myself today~~the single bed room was a great option for me. I arrived early, but they let me leave my luggage at the storage room and I can go to for lunch an and do some shopping. Location is also good. May need to walk up a bit. But have bus directly to the central every15 mins, which was very convenient for me. Enjoyed my stay.

Simple and clean, a great view of the lake and mountains from the room and the dining hall. our family room for 3 was well laid out.

The location, proximity to the lake (about 20m walk, for me that was somehow close by 😅), the view, the cleaniness, the restaurant view and breakfast options were incredibly amazing

The only thing that bothered me a bit is how uncomfortable the pillow was, anything else was amazing

The room was nice and clean and the personnel were friendly.

For the amount I paid I had expected a little more, the room was rather small and there was almost no way to store my luggage before check-in time due to no one being around reception, but breakfast was good and the view was stunning at least!

One night stay for a seminar

The stay was great for me as I was attending a seminar the following morning. Great view of the lake, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff also. Back in two weeks time.

The reception closes early, 19:00 on a week day, I arrived at 18:30 and it was unattended, it took me until 18:55 to find someone to help me. I should update my phone details as they did send me details to my phone. So as I see it, bad for them as the desk was unattended and my fault for not updating my contact details.

Simple but functional with great view of lake

Situated on hill overlooking lake view is lovely. Room simple, like student accommodation, but perfectly functional. Cost was reasonable compared to hotels in Annecy.

No restaurant on site, or nearby, but vending machines. Single bed adequately comfortable.

I wouldn’t come back

Was the cheapest at the moment and they allowed me to go for superior room even if the modifications where not allowed(was more money so make sense)

The check in is only available 4 to 7 but also there is no reception after 11am therefore there is no way to leave the luggage. When you do the check in they only give you the key so why not automatic. The breakfast was poor. Not happy about the location neither but that I knew.

The view was absolutely stunning. I couldn't get enough of it.

The room was really small but convenient. A hair dryer would have been a bonus :-).
