Hôtel de Bonlieu

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfy - we slept well - and the air con was great! Great location, super close to the bustling old town and bus stops to get further around the lake.

We would have liked to have tea and coffee facilities in the room (they were in the lobby which was nice but in the room would have made a difference). Slightest smell of smoke outside our room in the corridor (not at all inside our room). The price per night is a lot but it’s Annecy and we went in peak time!

The location was great and gave us easy access to the tourist center without being in the middle of it (less noisy). The staff was excellent. AC worked well. We had a great stay!

Room was quiet and bathroom was clean.

The floors felt dirty and carpets throughout the room and hallways were visible stained, smelly, and even crunchy. Walls were dirty and needed repainting. Although the front desk staff were helpful when I arrived, they seemed to have other duties and several times when I went out, there was no one at the desk, no one to give the key to, which, since the keys are kept at the front desk, seemed like a security concern.
