Good location a little bit away from the busy area, so we slept really well. Great A/C, very appreciated in the heat wave. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Very walkable to the lake and the old town.

The staff were very helpful Davy & Rafiq. Room was very comfortable, quiet, spacious and clean. Perfect for a short stay 5 min wake to the lake and pont d’amours. 10 min to the palais de l’ile

Room was quiet and bathroom was clean.
The floors felt dirty and carpets throughout the room and hallways were visible stained, smelly, and even crunchy. Walls were dirty and needed repainting. Although the front desk staff were helpful when I arrived, they seemed to have other duties and several times when I went out, there was no one at the desk, no one to give the key to, which, since the keys are kept at the front desk, seemed like a security concern.
