Clean, walking distance to main railway station and old town. Friendly staff. We were able to drop our baggages early. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious enough for two.

A good base for Annecy

The room was comfortable and a good base for a one night stay in Annecy. It's in the quiet part of town and about 12-15 mins walk to the train station. The bathroom was a good size with a bath tub. It was clean and value for money. There's also a cupboard for your clothes/coats. The staff were polite and warm.

Annecy is our fave destination in France, and this hotel is right where you want to be!

Location and staff were outstanding . Value was good for the room charge.

The room had every feature listed but was compact to say the least. Parking, as advertised, was a couple blocks away, but there were plenty of spaces and the rate was discounted for hotel guests to a very reasonable price.

Very well located, it’s about a 7 min walk to the middle of town. The rooms are cosy, but mine was very clean, with a nice new bathroom. I would stay again. Quiet at night as well, not located on a main road.

Good location, staff immensely helpful and friendly, we encountered 3 staff members at reception and all weee lovely. Pleasant room and shower/bath. Good value for money in a lovely city.

Hotel Bonlieu made our stay in Annecy a pleasure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bonlieu. The hotel is on a quiet street a few minutes walk from town and the lake.and very convenient for everything we wanted to do in Annecy. The rooms are typical of a small french hotel, very clean with a nice bath room . The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, especially David, who greeted us on arrival.

The rooms dont have tea and coffee making facilities , which was a bit of an issue for two tea loving anglais who like our morning cuppa : ) . However, David kindly found us a kettle and a couple of cups so problem solved. We didn't have the hotel breakfast so can't comment on the offering, but otherwise, we were very glad we had chosen Bonlieu. It is an unpretentious and welcoming hotel offering comfortable and clean rooms at a sensible price.

Overpriced for the facilities provided.

Room was quiet and bathroom was clean.

The floors felt dirty and carpets throughout the room and hallways were visible stained, smelly, and even crunchy. Walls were dirty and needed repainting. Although the front desk staff were helpful when I arrived, they seemed to have other duties and several times when I went out, there was no one at the desk, no one to give the key to, which, since the keys are kept at the front desk, seemed like a security concern.

Nice little room to sleep in while in Annecy. Staff was great..

Room was nice and was cleaned daily, We stayed for 5 days.. It was a pretty small room though and the fridge was tiny as well. Typical European accommodations though.

I wish they had parking closer, in a better location AND it was included in the cost. Parking is 3 blocks away (about a 5 minute walk) and its in a weird location that you have to open a large gate then drive up a tiny ramp with a curb that sticks way out. And they charge you 7 euro a day for this.

Deceiving, doesn`t worth the price

very good location, near the city and near the lake

No value for money. Very small room, lack of plugs near the bed, no hook nor rack in the bathroom, poor wifi (slow and lack of power), no kettle to make a coffee or tea.. It doesn't deserve a 3 stars...
