Motel stay for the price of a hotel.

Just the fresh croissants.

Room had a weird smell probably from ac/heater, for sure filters not changed. Old room needs an update, floor was like in an abandoned property. Arrived at 2, check in at 4, why is that? To clean what? If I could I would like a refund for half of the money I’ve paid, total waste. Booking.com, you should ask people to renovate their accommodation!

Very convenient - good value

A little way from the centre of Annecy. Pleasantly calm. Good to have car parking - which can be a bit of an issue with other Annecy venues. Really nice walk into town along the lake front. Bistro in front of hotel is very good - so access to other restaurants not a problem.

Breakfast a bit limited and lack of ambient bar a shame. But there are options outside...

Enjoyed the peace and quiet and the very convenient location for th walking/cycling track

The breakfast was advertised as a 'continental breakfast' but was far better and substantial including hot items such as eggs, bacon, and potato scones. The room was spacious and the bed mattress was excellent - we both slept very well every night. Its a 30 minute walk to the old town along the waterfront so a good way to relax before dinner.

The safe was substantial but wasnt bolted to the wall, the clothes storage space was limited with nowhere to hang long ladies dresses and the minimbar/small fridge didnt work in our room.

Views of the mountains were incredible.

We did not have breakfast. So unable to comment. The location was good for the lake and view of the mountains. A pleasant walk into Annecy center. Would we stay here again. That is open for debate.

The room we were given was at the end of the 1st floor corridor, with a lovely view of the lake unfortunately we were woken up by some very noisy pedestrians at 2.30am so not such a great room to have There were no drink making facilities in the room. We found the staff rather abrupt when we said that breakfast was not required. I asked for our hot water flask to be filled with boiling water. Before we left in the morning. It was luke warm.

The lake of Annecy and the historical center of the city are of outstanding beauty.

First of all the staff was very polite and helpful. The location was more or less o.k, all destinations easily accessable.

From our window we looked in the back yard of a restaurant. It was full of rubbish bins and smelling, impossible to open the window. We could hear the people talking in the neighbor rooms, even walking. The inside construction of this hotel is very poor. When you walk up and down in your room even the cupboard is shaking. It is an advantage that we come from Greece, so we are used to earthquakes.

Good for a stopover stay

It's great because it has private secure parking, it's a lovely walk along the lake into the old town for supper, it has enough comfort without being too sparse in the rooms
