The most terrible place to spend a night

The most terrible place in the world, this is a death trap, you can't even breath in the unit, bathroom were molded, AC was not working, the bathroom door was locking automatically and my son was locked in and almost passed out in there since he couldn't get out for a few minutes. the sewage system in the bathroom was disgusting and smelled very bad. we were out the first morning next day. so bad, even worst than the worst. stay away from this place. I don't undrestand why booking.com or other platforms allow these crocket people to be in their list of hotels. they robbed us 340 dollars for one terrible night.

The room, the cleanness and very deceiving, the room size is around 120 sqf and they advertised 170.

Very good value. Comfortable and clean rooms Quiet and friendly and helpful staff. Our kids really enjoyed playing the

Parking 🅿️ free and choice of underground and overground next to hotel. Rooms with air con downstairs which made our stay more comfortable in the summer heatwave. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds comfortably and rooms cleaned and made up each day.

Needed a mini fridge in room and coffee making facilities to improve stay. A better selection of wines and gins at the bar would be appreciated.

We we were disappointed with the property

We asked for twin rooms but their accessible rooms are only a double bed.. the bathroom had a bath not suitable for someone in a wheelchair. The beds are not comfortable. The property is tired and in need of refurbishment.

Parking spot directly near the property, reception could speak English and were very nice, good hiking options

We just didn't feel well, the rooms kinda look like on pics, but everything is more shabby in real, dark room, everything looks "used". The bathroom had black mold from lack of air circulation. Definitely not the value or the money, although I accept that Annecy is more expensive in general, the city restaurants (25min away from hotel) are overcrowded and without reservation you end up in other restaurants with 18 Eur microwave-looking-food ... so generally disappointing, we paid 122Eur per night

On early arrival reception lady was not helpful. Very miserable. Second lady on reception was just the opposite. The bar man was excellent . The lady ( first receptionist )also was in charge of breakfast, Enough to put me off food! I would not stay again here, and do not think it was value for money

I will not come back

No mini bar, remote for tv no working. No bottle of water on room. For the price we paid per night it’s the minimum almost 180€ for a 3 stars hotel which don’t deserved the third star

Nothing really

It was one of the worst hotels I have ever been. The location couldn't be worse. Very far from the central Annecy and we had to walk about 30 minutes during the night to get there as there was no bus or taxi in the town. The Staff were not helpful at all. They attached to single beds together instead of a double bed and the beds are so light that they move all around the place. The breakfast was quite basic. Not recommended
