Cute, comfy, and quiet

This place was so comfortable and quaint, it has plenty of room, everything is clean, and the staff are so kind. They gave me a free croissant even though I didn't buy breakfast. It lifted my spirits to wake up to the view of the terrace every morning.

Nice and friendly staff, great location, and nice breakfast

We decided to stay here instead of the overpriced lake-view hotels. Price was reasonable and the hotel was located close to the old town (10 mins walk). The buggest surprise was how nice and clean the rooms were. Probably refurbished in the recent years?

Amazing

Close to the train station. It's super cosy, with warm colours, it feels like home. It has a lift. The room is spacious, has a TV and a comfortable chair to work in. There is a kettle and coffee, herbs. I loved it! Friendly service and there was a beautiful Golden!

This small hotel is located just outside the centre of Annecy, but within a few minutes walk of the centre. It was very quiet & had a lovely garden for guests. The parking was located just behind the garden providing easy access to your vehicle. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, cereal, breads (including gluten free rolls which was hugely appreciated), yogurt, eggs, cheeses & meats, juice & coffee. It was also possible to order drinks in the early evenings. We would recommend this hotel.

The perfect stay in Annecy

We had the perfect stay at Las Terrasses. The hotel itself is lovely with a beautiful garden and terrace. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in the room with our two year old, adding touches like a changing mat etc. The room was spotless and spacious and had everything we needed. With only a short walk into the old town it was the perfect base for us and we would only stay here if ever returning to Annecy again. Thank you!

Great quiet place very near all Annecy activities

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, quite surprisingly, as all the other buildings were residential. It's very close to the train or bus station (10mins) and to the old town, without being noisy or disturbed by the thongs of tourists in Annecy. The hotel has a terrace facing a nice and quiet backyard - several guests had breakfast on the terrace, and I saw some guests lounging under the trees in the backyard. Breakfast was delicious, with variety between sweet and savory items. The room was a good size, with roll-down shutters which provided for darkness and further quiet; bathroom was a decent size, with toilet in a separate "closet", which is so French and wonderful. The staff - all of them a delight! The owner Sarah welcomed me with a huge smile, and spent quite a bit of time helping me with "the things to do around Annecy", while marking a map that she later gave me. Throughout my stay, everyone was so friendly. I loved the place! One more thing: the hotel rents both regular and e-bikes by the day!

Lovely hotel

We arrived by train with light luggage and so it was an easy walk from the station . It wasn’t much further to walk to the old town and lake. The hotel is quiet and very comfortable.

Physically a boutique hotel but doesn't have a warm and welcoming feeling of a boutique hotel.

The hotel has parking spaces but did not let me know before check-in. It was a a very stressful experience to find a parking space around the hotel.

The staff is bit cold, never greeted with us.

Perfect for our 5 day break in beautiful annecy

Lovely location with garden . Not to far from centre or old town or the lake. Rooms clean and well equipped. Fan provided which was excellent for the high temperatures while we were there. Lovely breakfast and lovely staff. Nice bar area in early evening

The pictures are misleading. The hotel is tucked away on a side street. It's not very green and not very "terrassy." It's a 3-star hotel/motel. The rooms are fine, but very small. All in all not great value for money.
