Great, highly recommend and good price

Beautiful old character hotel up on a hill, charming interiors, easy parking included, cosy comfortable cabin-like room, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast (additional cost but reasonable). Loved it.

Lake view room was worth it

Location just out of town meant a walk to restaurants but very close to beach. Lake view room with balcony was worth the extra. Recommend lunch at Rochers Blanc at Semnoz mountain with views across to Mt Blanc.

Wardrobe could have been longer to take a dress length. Car park gate allowed too little time to get back into a RH drive car and through before the barrier descended.

Lovely stay in Annecy

Pleasant hotel with secure parking a 15 min walk from Annecy. Room was comfortable if a little on the small size, but a decent bathroom. Room safe was nice to have. Lovely view over the lake. Quiet. Less than 5 min walk down a steepish road to the lake where you can unwind or go for a dip. Very relaxing. About 15-20 min walk to the town where there are LOTS of restaurants.

Room a little small. Fridge switched on but not in the least cold and added to the heat in the room. Tried unplugging but plug seemed fusing into the socket.

Exceptional. Friendly staff, stunning lake & mountain view, balcony. Parking, breakfast, Hamman!

Everything from arrival to lovely staff, restaurant recommendations and friendliness. The room and view were superb. Parking on the property and the bonus of the hamman and dry sauna were wonderful. Delicious breakfast and the lovely walk around the lake into the old town was a pleasure. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Perfect location, 4 days visiting Annecy and can't fault anything

Excellent breakfast, regional produce, good choices. The location was perfect, room overlooked the lake. Just a few yards to the bus stop to Annecy, or a pleasant short walk by lake. The staff were helpful and friendly, nothing no too much trouble. On site parking was a bonus.

The staff was very nice. Hotel very well located and cheap for Annecy. They even have a location of bikes for 13€ half-day which we did and that was amazing. Would highly recommend.

We didn’t have a view on the lake from our bedroom.
