    We booked a suite but actually doesn't look like a suite. They don't make the bed carefully. They just left the cover sheet in the top of the bed mattress without fit it in. We ask them to clean the room 3 times but no one come to clean the rooms at any of our requests. We ask them to bring iron machine but they said they don't know where they are. Very bad services and staffs.

    This Novotel hotel is one the best I’ve been to. It’s really clean, rooms are big, staff are very friendly. Bit pricey though. I just wish they add more facilities like massage services and include more gluten free meals at restaurants.

    Great location, 5 mins walk to train station, 10-15 mins to town, could feel the train as they pass but wasn’t too bad, not that frequent, overall good service and facilities, clean and friendly staff

    The receptionist was new and we had a hard time to park, she didn't know what to do, and when she checked us in she calculated the city tax and parking fees wrong, her colleague helped her, then the house keeping they cleaned the room without changing the bed sheets although it was mentioned that it will be changed every two days, and they didn't put towels and tissue rolls for the toilet. Didn't like the experience and won't stay there again
