For one night it did what it had to do

Nice staff, lovely breakfast.

Room had a damp caravan smell about it & was pretty basic

If we have 0-3 stone children, it is more attractive to stay on the street

The woman at reception in the morning is very kind and polite

It was written suitable for the family when we booked, but you should definitely not come with small children, the room is extremely small, there is a table design that will hit your child's head and zero facilities for the baby. Really a terrible experience, I would never choose it again and the facility is overpriced for the price.

Brilliant service by the staff, who moved us as soon as we identified an issue with a room

The cleanliness wasn’t great to begin with but the staff improved when we complained

this hotel was being renovated but is caused no problems. the staircase was temporary up to the room. the room was modernised and the bed turned round from usual lay out. this was very good and gave much more space with the TV on the wall also. the manager was excellent.

we had our evening meal in the restaurant. the menu was not straight forward. we chose the meat/steak and it was very poor.

One worker was friendly and wanted to help us,next day gave us a present as apologizing. Good breakfast.

The room didnt correspond the photos,the bed for the child was under the big bed and very uncomfortable,we couldnt sleep at all,the room was so tiny that it was impossible to move to the toilet because it was blocked by bed.The girl on reception was totally unfriendly even not trying to help,just repeated the phrase that the hotel doesnt belong to her and she cannot help.She started to talk to other clients just ignoring us,standing and waiting with the child.Complete disrespect.I have never seen such service in my life.I do not advise this hotel at all.

Our rest room wash basin was blocked. We had to change the room and we were given a room with a temporary stairway. Very risky with a small child.

The gentleman that checked me in showed great compassion when I arrived exhausted at the facility. That was very kind and the water was soo good. Thank you. Rooms were clean and neat. Daily cleaned. Area is very quiet although on outskirts of annecy. Near bus stations but also an easy walk into old town. Excellent paths along the river is clean well maintained and very relaxing if you don't prefer the main road. Will definately use them again. After all in Annecy you merely want a good sleep only. Rest of day you will explore stunning beauty of old town and the lake.

It wasn’t too far to walk from the old town if you’re fit but the bus was an easy option. Staff were very helpful and obliging. The bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. Free parking outside the rooms.

It was slightly dated outside the rooms but for the prices around Annecy, it was good value for the stay.

Basically a motel

Staff was kind and the hotel is comfortable if you need a quick stop while travelling on the highway. Very close to the main road and you can be in Annecy center in 10 minutes driving.

The room was super small and quite small. The window was facing the street and we could hear sounds from outside. Quite old structure with limited services. Not possible to reach Annecy city centre by walking.
