The hotel is good,but the spa needs some improvements

The hotel itself was good,the view, comfortable bed and breakfast were super.

The spa. The spa itself was clean, and the saunas were nice — but the devil’s in the details: 1. A male staff member came into the women’s changing room to collect wet towels, and a mother brought her ~11-year-old son there as well — both are completely inappropriate. 2. Wet slippers in the changing room — there’s no designated bin or place to put them. 3. The tap in the sauna didn’t work. 4. I also had a massage, and afterward I was surprised to learn that it couldn’t be charged to my hotel room. I went to the spa without my phone or card and didn’t expect to have to deal with payment immediately. (I understand the system might work differently here, but it would be much better to inform guests before the massage — all the relaxation I got from it was immediately gone.)

Ok hotel but old not nice staff

Location and spa

Staff they asked you to leave a pool area because we had a stroller in sayna area (seeing the baby and having camera on her). I understand that sauna area is for adults i did not know, there are no signs about that. But we were asked to leave the pool too and there children are allowed. Other thing is breakfast quite poor and not well described you can ask for things like juice or other milk than given.

Okay but way overpriced

Great location, nice staff, okay room, rather large, good sized bathroom, but overall nothing special.

Value for money quite low. We paid a lot for a sea-front room in high season. Room was on a corner so we actually had only a partial view. Had to pay extra for absolutely everything, including parking and a big fee for every night our small dog was staying with us, even though it was not specified beforehand. Room service food overpriced and not very tasty.

Pleasant but definately did'nt do enough to make me not want to try somewhere else next time.

Lobby service was excellent, the pillows were very comfortable, and the cocktails were delicious! The gym was nice, but a little cramped, especially with only one bench in the dumbbell area.

We ordered a king bed, but instead had two single beds. The shower head was not clean. The air conditioner was old and loud. Room service only answered once out of four days, so we had to order via the lobby.

Expensive, but worth the spending

Comfortable beds, very friendly staff, exceptional food, good variaty for breakfast/buffet, very central location.

Some (public) areas could be a better maintained for a 5-star hotel. The private beach was quite crowded and has no separate area for kids to play.

The property is very nice, as one would expect from Sheraton, and very conveniently located.

I found the staff to be quite unhelpful. My 12 year old daughter and I had arrived in Warsaw from dubai the night before we checked in. We left for Sopot the next morning along with my sister and niece who are based in Warsaw for the weekend. As we were obviously exhausted from our travel, I made an advance request for early check in, which I made again upon reaching the hotel. However, the staff did not show much consideration or flexibility. After further follow up, one of the rooms was given to us 30 minutes prior to the usual check in time, while the second room was given 45 minutes after the usual check in time without any apology. This is surprising for a presumably well staffed chain like Sheraton. The standard check in and check out times are 12:00-3:00, so there is more than sufficient time for housekeeping to manage their workload.

We loved this hotel and would stay there again, it was clean, beds comfortable area was great.

We looked forward to our daily breakfast, food was great, friendly staff. Hotel was closed to everything we needed. We had some rain but still enjoyed our stay there.

We were in need of a wheelchair and was told it had to be reserved. How can you reserve something you're not sure you'll need. We felt the hotel staff was not understanding our needs/requests. :-(

Possibly the best hotel in Sopot

Great variations in breakfast, very good spa., located nearby the beach and a lot of god restaurants in the neighbourhood, specious room and bathroom, the beds are comfortable and the rom quiet, very politely staff.

The coffee was not as good as the rest, both in the room and during the breakfast. The well intentioned live music in the hotel bar on Friday and Saturday evening was too loud, a normal conversation was not possible so we chose a bar in the neighbourhood.

Great spot in Sopot

Absolutely loved the location of the hotel. We booked an executive room and so had access to the executive lounge, which was fabulous. Executive lounge was really a treat, cold and hit drinks with great food and snacks. Rooms were very clean and bed super comfy.

Had to ask for milk in the bedroom for tea, as none supplied.

Everything! I loved the room, the location, the staff, the spa that’s included with one’s stay, the breakfast, and the room service. This hotel was perfect when it rained. We enjoyed the indoor poor and got the rest and relaxation we wanted. The outside beach chairs were lovely too. I’d definitely stay here again.

The only issue, which isn’t major, they cleaned the coffee machine before closing and didn’t want to make my father some coffee because they’d have to clean it again. I know the European culture doesn’t drink coffee like we do. No big deal, but maybe just wait until it’s closing time to put it away.

The spa and the beach

Really fed up with the Marriot Bonvoy loyalty scheme. We booked through booking.com and it seems I can't get loyalty points for that. Also when I stay at other properties booked through work I don't get the points. Therefore there is absolutely no point to the loyalty scheme as far as I am concerned!

Unfortunately the quality and service of your hotel was more 2 star than 5 star!

One waitress at the wedding event on Saturday night was extremely attentive and deserves congratulations. She was a Polish girl (may seem obvious, but there were several Filipinas there too) with long black hair who smiled all the time (which seems to be a particular character trait, as she smiled far more than any of the other staff, so that might help you identify her). She continuously looked at all the guests to see if they might need any help and frequently came and checked everything was ok - exactly what a very good waitress at a good hotel should do.

The baths in both our rooms had poorly fitting plugs which meant the bath wouldn't fill properly. When we asked for someone to fix this the engineer you sent refused to recognise there was a problem at all, and even tried to lecture us as to why it was impossible for there to be such a problem even though the water was running out while he was there. Eventually he did fix the problem, but only after we kept arguing with him to tell him there WAS a problem and only after one of the reception staff also came up to make him do it. We were very disappointed that such an expensive hotel would have major bathroom problems, and even more disappointed that there did not appear to be any desire for the staff to deal with a problem when it was raised. Having such an issue immediately on arrival spoiled the rest of our stay.
