This was my 5th stay at this hotel which says it all :) Love the location, the rooms, the pool and spa facilities, amazing breakfast offer.
I wish the pool/spa bathrobes were waiting for you in the room at arrival.

The spacious and clean room was a delight. The restaurant’s menu was excellent, with generous portions and reasonable prices. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel one morning. The Sopot Pier is just a 20-minute walk away, offering plenty of cafes for breakfast. The location is perfect for a beach break and a peaceful retreat. While the hotel is a short walk from the pier, you’re still close enough to shops and restaurants if needed.
However, we did encounter some issues. The shower in our room and the thermostat were problematic. The reception staff seemed dismissive and unhelpful. The thermostat stuck at a high temperature, and the receptionist suggested opening the window if we were too hot. The shower pressure wasn’t great either.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the room itself was lovely and the bed incredibly comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely return. We had a standard room and the value for money was good. The swimming pool and spa facilities were excellent.
We’ve stayed in Gdańsk Radisson a couple of years ago and the pool and sauna facilities here are much better.
One thing to be aware of is the nudity in the saunas. You need to remove your swimsuit when entering the dry saunas. Which isn’t bad. While most women use towels (towels and robes are provided for free), some men seem to enjoy showing off. They’re often walking around naked and even entering showers without a towel. This can be a bit uncomfortable for those who prefer a more modest atmosphere. Some women in the saunas expressed their discomfort with this kind of nudity. A clear sign explaining the rules would help everyone feel more comfortable using the sauna.

Location, facilities, cery comfortable room, superb breakfast.
Surprisingly just 1 hour included for all spa / pool zone. With such a high price tag should be much more, if not unlimited for the whole stay period. Also bar closing at 23:00, without any water / drinks / snacks option apart room service.
