The location is great. The stay could be better if you fix the longterm existing problems with the current bathroom situ

The location is great. You can get by foot anywhere easily to the city center or to the seaside. Clean streets and quiet areas.

The bathroom needs repair. The water is leaking from the ceiling through the ventilation system from the room above. The ceiling is covered in mold and all our clothes smells of mold. The sink was clogged and you need to use the shower to wash your face or brush your teeth. We stayed there for two days and I am glad we did not stay longer.

Very good location. The owners are really nice and we got our money back because we wanted to change the hotel because of the room.

The double bedroom isn't in good shape, the toilet was an adventure. But anyway we are gratefull that the owners are really cooperative.

Top beach guesthouse

Location right next to a wonderful beach. Enchanting house and room. Quiet and safe area. Quiet at night and day alike. Hot room temperature in December even and during a gas crises!

You need to have a Polish sim or an international sim that works in Poland for auto check in.

Great location next to the sea

The location was perfect, very closed to the beach, just 2 minutes walk and not far away from the center. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Great choice for a weekend or few days staying.

TV was pretty old and was not working too well. The room was small, so I don't recommend it for longer staying.

Met my expectations. Although could be cleaner.

The place is quite comfortable, with two separate rooms and a private bathroom. It also has a small private kitchen where you can make tea and cook maybe some salad. There is no stove. The location is perfect - 2 minutes to the sea, but it is quite quiet, so you don`t hear the loud noises from the tourist path. Also, it will take max of 10 minutes to go to the center of Sopot for the dinner.

The apartment is a bit dirty. The sofa and blankets had stains. Also, the windows are located on the roof and all the falling leaves and flowers are on the bed. It would be good if these windows had some nets.

The room was tiny but very clean. Yhe bed was comfortable. We had a small balcony in our room. The toilet was a good size.

Didn't see any staff during our 3 day visit. No breakfast was available, but there were a small fridge and water cooker in the room.

Lunatic dream way of payment...

Location is very good, parking option limited and expensive...

General disarray, mess and filth around the building and garden... Stuffy room with oppressive condensation and fungus due to lack of ventilation... Effectively no washbasin in the bathroom... Appalling way of payment and general communication with the establisment... Spamming with message, unable to match payment which needed to be wired...

Przyjemny pobyt tuż przy plaży

Lokalizacja obiektu dosłownie 2 min spacerkiem od plaży w fajnej niskiej zabudowie sopockiej. Domek ładnie oświetlony światełkami /byliśmy w styczniu/ Pokoje czyste, cieplutkie. W łazience ręczniki i mydło w płynie. Pościel puszysta i przyjemna. Zabrakło mi tylko jakiejś małej herbatki w saszetkach w pokoju, bo chociaż był czajnik to po mroźnym spacerku nad morzem nie było to możliwe, żeby napić się ciepłego napoju - to byłoby miłe- chociaż to drobnostka. Polecamy bardzo przyjemny pobyt.

Zdjęcia przedstawiane w ofercie nie uwzględniają rzeczywistości. W pokoju nr 1 mikroskopijny telewizor (30x40cm) , zawieszony prawie pod sufitem zmusza do nienaturalnej postawy w trakcie oglądania. Zasłonka w kabinie prysznicowej z cienkiego materiału przykleja się do mokrego ciała co jest obrzydliwe i mało higieniczne, bo nie wiadomo kto przedtem brał prysznic i z jakimi chorobami!!

Położenie w urokliwym miejscu blisko plaży i znanego Baru Przystań. Łatwe zameldowanie dzięki wskazówkom otrzymanym sms. Bezproblemowy dostęp do lodówki, kuchenki mikrofalowej i zastawy stołowej.

Niefajny zapach w korytarzu. W łazience w pokoju czuć było brzydki zapach wydobywający się z kanalizacji.
