Nice place to stay in the heart of Sopot

Great, modern space. VERY comfortable beds. Really nice bathroom. The neighborhood is leafy and quiet. Nicely equipped with air conditioning and fan. The location is really convenient for seeing Sopot and going to the beach!

Curtains were missing from one side of the really sunny area - this was away from the main sleeping area but a little disruptive for the person on the sofa bed.

It was okay although I will not go back

Staff was super nice, Location was good, room was okay

I had a situation where the air conditioning was making very loud noises every 20 min for like 10 sec it was not very good night. We called and said what is happening but no one did anything, they didn’t have any free room to moved us but at least discount should proposed or something cos we had sleepless night for that price it was not worth it

Hotel location - perfect! Nice personal, conditioner in room is very good thing.

Breakfast is the same everyday. Room is not new, need a cosmetic renew. Shower is not very clean, need a realy good cleaning. I think for this price can be better than that.

it was close to the center.

There was mold in the bathroom. The windows are on very noisy street. we can’t sleep there. We expected a continental breakfast, but a rather poor breakfast was delivered to our room. The room smells musty.

Is good but it needs improvement!

The location is amazing, everything you need is close, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, the Molo and some small supermarkets. The room had a great Wifi, we could work from there, it has a small desk. The Bed was very comfortable, not too hard not too soft. You have coffee, tee and water everyday in your room if you ask for it. The hotel is very small but cosy. Reception is sometimes open but there is a number you can call if you need something in case it is closed. We did not try the breakfast, so we can't say anything about it.

We had to ask the lady to clean our Room, if we don't ask she wouldn't make it and sometimes it was partially or bad done. We are not the type of customers who want everything done but picking up the trash everyday or putting some toilet paper would be greatly appreciated. We understand it has been a hard moment for the tourism's branch but the prices are high and you expect to have the minimum standards of service and cleaning. Also they don't speak English so it was difficult to communicate with all of them. At the weekend it was extremely noisy not just outside but inside the hotel, the polish customers did not respect that is late at night and they can't do party at the room or make so much noise at the stairs or in their own rooms. They should remember their customers to be quiet in the common areas and not to put loud music or television late at night and with that I mean at least after 12:00 pm. Also you can hear the people in the other rooms. Also you have to pay tourism taxes, which are not included in the rate you pay in Booking.

It is very nice accommodation, clean and rooms are comfortable. It is close to the train station and the beach. The breakfast was served to the room!

Close enough to everything,

Location is perfect, close to the main centre but still fasr enough away to get a good nights sleep. The breakfast coudl have been better with more choice like cereals and fruits, Uk people dont really eat cheeses and meats for breaky.

Śniadania pyszne w lokalu usytuowanym nieopodal Villi, sama lokalizacja obiektu super, blisko morza, zaciszna okolica.

Pokój należałoby trochę odświeżyć, internet mimo zapewnień szybkiego łącza nie działał.

Miła obsługa, dogodna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, parking na miejscu, cicha okolica. Przepyszne śniadanie dostępne było w innym miejscu, ok 4 minuty pieszo od Villi. Tam również zastaliśmy bardzo miłą obsługę.

Läget var mycket bra, nära till allt och ändå en lugn gata. Parkeringsmöjligheten var mycket bra.

Inget fungerande wifi som utlovats. Tv:n hade inga kanaler och kylen var i dåligt skick. Bra städning men mögelpåväxt i taket på toaletten och fuktigt på rummet så att inga handdukar kunde torka.

Stosunek ceny do jakości, śniadanie w pokojach bez możliwości normalnego zjedzenia,,na kolanach w pokoju 4 osobowym,,przewody od prądu zamiast lampki. Wsad kołder i poduszek masakra Ogólnie rzecz biorąc Villa pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

Piękne zdjęcia a rzeczywistosc dawała wiele do życzenia

Lokalizacja miejsca jak najbardziej dogodna. Wszędzie blisko. Ale to chyba jedyny plus jaki znalazłam, a nie łóżko na dole było bardzo wygodne.

Już na wejściu Pani obsługująca nawet do nas nie wstała, odniosłam wrażenie jakby siedziała tam za karę. Na zdjęciach pokój wydawał się przestronny, dodatkowo góra... okazała się miejscem z wcisnietym materacem. Ponadto na zdjęciach pokazane były śniadania w formie bufetu a okazały się okropnym, tanim jedzeniem podawanym do pokoju, gdzie nie było możliwości zjedzenia go jak "Bóg przykazal". Nie polecam bo produkty z najniższej półki: niezjadliwe parówki, okropne naleśniki, kawa to brak słów a sok pomarańczowy to zwykły napoj. W łazience brak dobrego oświetlenia, a dodatkowe lusterko było oparte o ścianę bo było zespole. Co do czystości też mialabym uwagi. Dwa telewizory z czego jeden pilot, więc nie do użytku. Nie było mowy że place za jedno łóżko i materac położony na podłodze.

Plecam, świetny obiekt i centrum Sopotu

Bardzo ładny budynek, estetyczny pokój, wystrój w przyjaznych kolorach. Bardzo cicha okolica, chocciaz w samym centrum Sopotu, duży plus, bo ślepa ul. Sobieskiego i było bardzo cicho i komfortowo do snu. Wszędzie blisko, idealna lokalizacja.
