Top spot in Sopot

The appartment is spacious, new, very comfortable and well equiped. A luxurious and bright appartment in the heart of Sopot. The beds were good, there is an elevator and a big rooftop terrace for common use. Everything is on walking distance and it is super quiet when you go to sleep.

The windows are in the roof, so there is no view, but a lot of privacy.

Quiet rooms in the city centre.

Very clean. Excellent location and very quiet. There weren't any windows with a view, but electronic windows for airing at the roof. worked great. Blinds to block out the sun, which made the room completely dark, this was a great feature! Plenty of hot water in the shower. Water pressure is also great.

Bed was a little hard. But otherwise everything was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

+ Very nice roof terrace. + There's an elevator, if you don't want to take the 6 steps to come the right level. + Place smells fresh and clean and the hallway is quiet. + There was a dishwasher in the room. + Room felt very light thanks to the ceiling windows, and blinds making the room pitch black when sleeping.

- The sound from the AC was very loud. - There was a corkscrew for wine bottles, but no wine glasses (we solved that by purchasing some at Pepco ;) - Only negative with the location was the short alleyway you had to pass to get to the entrance door. This felt like a gathering place for the street artists who changed clothes, and sketchy people who went there to pee.

Beautiful apartment with rooftop terrace for all guests

Perfect location, beautiful design in apartment, comfortable lobby with rooftop terrace for all guests. Special thanks to host- very friendly and helpful (we had problems to find parking space- he even come downstairs and helped)!

Great location, good space and facilities.

It could be cleaner - there was some brown dirty looking colouring on the bathroom bin and some residuals on the sheets. I noticed a bad smell in the fridge too. The coffee machine didn't work, which I raised the morning after we arrived. I was told someone would attend to it which didn't happen. Received an email afterwards that the coffee machine works fine, no apologies or any indication of remorse that this was not sorted when we were there. Overall, staff were a bit off-putting, didn't ask us how our stay was, if everything was ok or anything of the standard pleasantries. I appreciate it may have something to do with the fact that they're very central and the demand will be there regardless of people's feedback purely due to the location.

hard to find, had to call the reception for directions and the fact that the lift wasn’t working…top floor was a bit of a struggle my friend was just after leg surgery so it wasn’t a nice surprise to find out that the lift is out of service

Exceptional

The location is great in the middle of Sopot busy street and the room was very fresh, the AC was a plus as it was quite warm outside. The room was very spacious. A lot of breakfast alternatives just outside the entrence (on the mainstreet).

In the description it says there are no elevator, though consider it is 3 stories from the ground floor and 4 stories from the garage! When it was very hot outside the AC was leaking water on the kitchen floor, the bin under the sink was not empty when we got the room.

All in all, I was satisfied with the stay

I really liked the room - the interior was fresh and nice, the kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The only problem was with the windows. It wasn't clear upon booking that the windows are in the roof. Even though they gave enough sunlight and technically they can to be opened for air circulation, for some reason the windows in my room wouldn't open at all. The personnel, though, offered to change the room.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo dobrze wyciszony apartament- nie było słychać innych wynajmujących oraz żadnych odgłosów z miasta. Apartament czysty dobrze wyposażony. Dodatkowo cześć wspólna z ekspresem i tarasem.

Barierka prowadząca do antresoli niestabilna - ruszała się. Poduszki bardzo niskiej jakości po dwóch nocach powodowały ból karku. Karty do drzwi zacinają i trudno ocenić czy tym razem uda się wejść do apartamentu.

apartament usytuowany w centrum, jednak z racji wyższej kondygnacji, okien dachowych i wsunięcia głębiej w uliczkę odgłosy ulicy nie były mocno uciążliwe. Pokój przestrzenny, w ładnej, świeżej kolorystyce, wygodne łóżka kontynentalne , kosmetyki w łazience. Okna pomimo, że dachowe to z zautomatyzowaną funkcją otwierania oraz rolet (na pilota)

okna dachowe brudne na tyle, że trudno podziwiać cokolwiek na niebie (brud raczej jak budowlany a nie z bieżącego zabrudzenia). wg oferty w pokoju miał być ekspres do kawy, jednak go nie było w ogóle. jeden malutki garnek oraz jedna patelnia to ciut za mało dla zrobienia posiłków lub ograniczająca możliwości. brak wentylacji w łazience.
