Good quality and friendly staff

I stayed 6 days, so the breakfast became quite boring towards the end, but my son loved the waffle maker beyond everything

The swimming pool area smelled a little & the small saunas with no swimming suits requirement in such a family frequented hotel looked very odd to me

The hotel is highly overrated for a five-star property.

Very comfortable beds

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the sewage pipes, and the walls were very thin — you could hear dogs barking from early in the morning. During breakfast, there was a lot of noise typical of crowded hotels, and the power cords running through the middle of the dining area were not properly secured. There was little staff presence during breakfast.

Nice with cool SPA but it seems like it was a 5* hotel maybe 20 years ago

Breakfast was great, quite lots of options (though there could be more vegetable). The bed was very comfortable. The hotel style is "eastern european", visibly old but with cool vibes. Kudos for small details like offering a sewing kit in each room. Everything felt clean, the location is fine. The spa is great -- quite big pool, nice saunas, and not crowded even at 6 PM. The stuff is sympathetic and able to speak English, The check-in and check-out process is simple.

Shower water pressure was pretty bad, and there was no shower curtain so after each shower the floor was completely wet. The hair dryer was of a really low quality, very loud, small, and without difuser. There was a shampoo, but sadly no conditioner. In the room, the TV had almost no channels, especially no channels for those who don't speak Polish (I think 33 out of 35 channels were Polish). The internet was quite laggy. The minibar (and the hotel bar) are extremely overpriced. I wouldn't mind paying double or triple the actual price, but most of the items cost 7-10 times the price in the supermarket (e.g., IIRC they sell one 250ml can of redbull for 8 € but you can buy it in the store for 0.8 € if you buy the whole pack). It would be nice if at least one window had a mosquito net. I had to get up from the bed a couple of times in the night in order to get the buzzing flies or mosquito out of the room. The walls are pretty damn thin, I could easily understand exactly what are the people in the next room talking about, even though it didn't sound like they were loud. The fitness room is absolutely horrible. Even the Treadmill is very old, cheap, and unmaintaned. Lastly, if I understand it correctly, the private beach is paid even for the hotel guests, which is pretty sad.

Better be generously to customers and fair, otherwise they don’t feel comfortable

Location fine to beach, quite

Reception very good as well as Spa. In restaurant, on the bill, additional charges of 25 euro were added to my bill, after I complained, I received in Restaurant a “compensation” of half a glass red wine. This is not how to treat guests and next 5 days I went to other places. Better to check the restaurant bill. Was sad, because Rest was good to excellent.

It is a good location near center and sea.

It is not 5* hotel! Staff is extremely unfriendly and not helpful! They invest in facilities but not in customer service. At night the lamps got broken and we were not able to switch the light - when we called they proposed to take out the card, meaning to not have any lights and try to sleep without air-conditioning during extreme heat. After repeating request to solve the issue - they came, took out the lamps but did not apologize for inconvenience neither at night nor in the morning. The room is dark, only with small window. Jacuzzi is not working and for long time. The saunas are extremely small - only for 2-3 people, so it was a queue to get in. They have a private beach but you need to pay extra and it is not possible to reserve the place. The service is very slow there despite that there were 3 employees.

The jacuzzi should not be broken. We should have been notified before we got there. I like with my family using jacuzzi. Lastly I called twice that our sink was clogged nobody came to fix it All employees were very helpful. Spa employees were amazing The breakfast was the best ever. Love the quality of food. Also gym must have internet because people like to watch online classes to workout on machines. You should put internet extender like Eero. Thank you for everything. This was a great time with my family

Exceptional

An extraordinary and unique Hotel. The whole atmosphere, styling was royal and of high class. Quiet and peaceful. Especially enjoyed the restaurant and arts.The location in Sopot is perfect. Could be one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Much better than Radissons, Continentals, Marriotts or any other 4/5 star chain hotels I've been to.

1. I couldn't comfortably take a bath because of water leaking out from it. After 20 minutes, it was half full. 2. The water stream temperature in the shower was changing its temperature to lower, and after some seconds, was going back to hot again. It was not really comfortable.
