NICE LITTLE SPOT WELL LOCATED.

The apartment was clean, modern, & comfortable. Easily accessible, & check-in was a breeze.

Privacy is an issue here. 2 walls were full windows so setting the blinds for privacy was almost impossible. I would imagine the heaters would need to work overtime in winter.

Great location! Comfy beds! Stylish design! Nice finishes and good quality property! Super delicious restaurant on ground floor! Right next to the big park with various attractions for kids, as well as 2 minutes walk to the beach 🏝️! Overally great property and reasonable price for Sopot.

One thing that I would definitely appreciate is the possibility of opening window(s). There is no chance to open a window so you have to rely on AC which limits the fresh air inflow.

extremely good location near the park, beach and city centre design of the room and the building plenty of public parkings around (free on weekends, payable on other days)

you can’t open windows (the biggest problem) toilet is very close to the shower glass so you can’t sit normally lack of clothes hooks or holders lack of towel holders water from bathroom floods outside unsafe for children below 5 view from windows on some abandoned building smell in the elevator and the entrance of the building no private parking uncomfortable second bed/sofa

Location.vert central foe town and beach

Sleeping quarters were a loft type arrangement , up a steep stairs and overlioking thr ground floor.There was 2 small bars 1 at waist height and 1 at knee height protecting from a fall. This accommodation would not be suitable for children of any age. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very good. The sitting area was small.

Location.

Noisy Aircon. Windows can not be opened. Room was narrow. Couldn't sleep as guests in other room were moving their furniture (probably their bed in order to being able to move around the room). Asked for different room but all I got was that they are fully booked.

Couldnt sleep for 3 of our 4 nights due to noisy neighbours. Clean but small and uncomfortable beds.

Nice location, close to the beach and very modern. AC works fine. Nice bathroom. Nice with elevator. Good host who takes your concerns seriously.

The beds were not comfortable and the sofa bed is a joke. NOT suitable for 2 people. The walls are super thin so you will hear your neighbour blow his nose and pretty much be able to follow along in their conversations. Very narrow bathroom so if you are on the bigger side you will have trouble wiping yourself when you have been there.

Very cool flat at superb location

The location is perfect. The apartment layout was really cool. AC was very efficient. The bed sofa was of high quality. Sound insulation is quite OK. Good water pressure.

The bathroom is rather small. Not all windows can be covered, makes the room bright in early morning. Missing a toaster. Didn't get the info on how to obtain the key but it was quickly resolved after a phone call.

Perfect location, state-of-the-art apartment, well designed property. Plenty of room, good equipment.

Not much to say here, it was great. We only found bedside tables missing and it would be great if there were a few clothes hangers provided in wardrobe:)

Outstanding! Amazing location close to the beach.

The restaurant (Mexican) is just on the ground floor so you can simply go downstairs and you're just there. Not many places had something like that (maybe besides hotels) and one apart-hotel which was way further from the beach than Neon Apartments. Cosy, clean and affordable.

Ściany bardzo nie szczelne przy oknach, sąsiedzi urządzili imprezę o 22 i wszystko było słychać jakby siedzieli koło nas ( jednak nie jest to wina gospodarza, nie ma na to wpływu)

Pobyt w obiekcie Neon Apartament był skrajnie nieudany i znacząco odbiegał od standardu prezentowanego w ofercie na Booking.com. Po przyjeździe, po godzinie 21:00, w apartamencie panowała temperatura 16,5°C. Ogrzewanie nie działało, a mimo zgłoszenia problemu konieczna była przymusowa zmiana apartamentu w późnych godzinach nocnych. Nowy apartament był wyraźnie mniejszy, w gorszym stanie technicznym i o dużo niższym standardzie niż ten, który rezerwowałem. Apartament był brudny i zaniedbany: włosy na podłodze, poobijane ściany, brudne okna, uszkodzone drzwi. Łazienka w bardzo złym stanie – woda wylewała się spod prysznica, na ścianach widoczny był prawdopodobnie grzyb. Nie działało oświetlenie w części sypialnianej na antresoli oraz główne światło po wejściu do apartamentu. Dodatkowo w niedzielę i poniedziałek nie było ciepłej wody – z kranów leciała wyłącznie lodowata. W trakcie pobytu w całym obiekcie oraz na korytarzach unosił się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach przypominający zapach z kanalizacji, co dodatkowo obniżało komfort. Złożyłem reklamację, licząc na uczciwe podejście po obniżeniu standardu pobytu. Obiekt odmówił jej pozytywnego rozpatrzenia i nie zaproponował żadnej rekompensaty, obciążając mnie pełnym kosztem pobytu – mimo że wszystkie problemy zostały udokumentowane zdjęciami. Sprawa została po prostu zignorowana. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego obiektu. Standard, czystość oraz podejście do gościa są dalekie od tego, co obiecuje oferta.

Lokalizacja idealna. Minuta do plaży i do centrum. Na parterze restauracja. Apartament spełniający wszytkie moje oczekiwania. Winda w budyniu to dodatkowy atut bo podróżowałam z seniorką która ma problemy z chodzeniem. Polecam!
