Great stay in central Sopot

The location near the main restaurant street and the short distance to the molo and beach. The apartment on the top floor was beautiful and the little balcony was cute.

The cooking facilities were not too impressive. There was no oven, only two cooking plates. I missed a toaster and a little coffee machine.

A wonderful stay overall—perfect location, great for large families, with only minor issues.

Apartment 105 is primarily a place to sleep, as it doesn’t have a traditional living room. However, it was perfect for our two families (9 people), offering four spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and sofa beds. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well-equipped with basic utensils, and the washer/dryer combo was a huge convenience. The apartment is located on a small, quiet cul-de-sac with its own parking and is just one block from Monte Cassino, the main street in Sopot—an ideal location. Although there’s no separate living room, the bedrooms are large enough to double as living spaces. We later extended our stay and moved to Apartment 305, which had two bedrooms. Very clean and quaint. However, the beds in this unit were not as comfortable. Overall, the reception staff were phenomenal—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.

Apartment 105 (4-bedroom) was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had no complaints and really enjoyed our stay there. However, Apartment 305 (2-bedroom) was a different experience. The beds were quite uncomfortable, with thin mattresses where you could feel the springs. Additionally, the kitchen could use a refresh, as it felt outdated compared to the rest of the unit.

Terrible!!!!!

The location was very good

The ‘apartment’ we booked for two adults and two children was absolutely tiny. Two dirty sofa beds with sheets that didn’t even cover them, a tiny kitchen and small bathroom crammed into a room smaller than a normal hotel room. We were put next to the cleaning room which was funny because we didn’t have any cleaning done in the whole time we stayed. it was really noisy from the staff and the door was always left open so we banged into the door every time we left the room. They allow huge parties and the noise was absolutely horrendous. I messaged the staff to let them know and they tried to lie and say the noise wasn’t from their guests. We were woken at 3am till 4.30am by screaming drunk women from the apartment above which resulted in my children being scared and upset. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful and I left in tears after the way I was spoken to. I feel like the pictures are very misleading and I feel like we were made to believe the room would be bigger. it was honestly TERRIBLE. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else!

The appartment that we booked according to photos, was not the same it was in real life. Terrase was so small that there wasn't enough space to sit more than one person. In one bedroom it was not possible to close doors as bed was in the way. Addditionally it was roof apartment and between roof and ceiling there was some animal (maybe mice) that was making noise all the night.

- Somewhat insufficient kitchen appliances (apart from the refrigerator which was mighty!) - The power sockets seemed to supply voltage below standard (below 220 V) - The air circulation in the bathroom was little to none

Good stay in old flat...

Supportive staff. Also you can left your car after check-out. Location is excellent, just few steps from the center of town. You just live in the heart of town. Instead of this, very quiet location. Sure, if no Russians in your neighborhood. :) But police solving all troubles very quickly, you can observe this from your window. :)

Strange address. You are arriving into yard and trying to find reception. Address is the same for few buildings and names differ. Actually it is one location with many flats on it. Reception is in other building. Rented flats are old flat divided into small rooms. No elevator. Courts not working normally, you must be smart to close them.

Good price for Sopot and excellent location.

Very close to Sopot center not even 2 mn by foot which is rare to find. on the 3 floor large flat with balcon suitable for a family .. up to 6 people : 1 double bed together with one single bed and one person sofa bed in the bed room. in the kitchen/ dining room there was a sofa bed for 2 people. very clean, cozy, kitchen fully equipped with oven, fridge and cooker. Good wifi. parking secured by a gate, suitable for big cars… very safe. attention: your gos system might not find the spot correctly you need to write Pulawskiego 6A where the reception is located , nber 10 is further in a tiny perpendicular street. young staff speaking good English. important no lift in the residence.

The location is very central, it is ideally located for the local beach and main attractions Sopot has to offer. Very close to Sopot train station.

The facilities were very poor, room was small, bathroom door broken, entrance door very stiff and hard to open and lock, not enough hot water in the boiler for the whole party to take a shower, shower drainage was blocked.

W opisie była garderoba, na miejscu okazało się że jest to wnęka z rurką, bez wieszaków. Komoda przytwierdzona do ściany na śruby ktore ledwo się trzymały, przedłużacz przyklejony do komody (?), kable na wierzchu. Cieknący prysznic, nie dało się umyć bez zalania łazienki.
