Worth it!

The property is clean and really close to the beach and all the attractions. Stanisław (the owner) is also super nice, welcoming, accommodating and responsive. When we arrived he asked us questions like if we know our way around the area (we do because it’s not our first time but I am sure that he was ready to give great recommendations for first timers). He also allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment after checkout (10am) and get it around 3pm which allowed us to comfortably enjoy our last day in Sopot.

Great location, cleanliness

To small double bed. We practically did not sleep for three nights. The bed is not even 140 cm. I am 193 cm and my boyfriend is 186 cm tall. Bed suitable for people of smaller stature or children.

Perfect!

It's a perfect living experience. The location is excellent, just 200 meters from the beach. The host couple are very, very friendly and helpful. The store prices are also very fair. Delicious cakes and breads. The room was surprisingly clean, the facilities are absolutely new, and it was so nice to have access to the kitchen.

The only downside is that the bed is a bit small. But cannot really expect more considering the price and great location.

I’m very pleased. Very nice, friendly owners:) Clean and tidy room, comfortable beds, TV, fridge. Great location, close to the beach, the railway station, the city center. I want to come back here. I recommend it.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, faktycznie do plaży ok. 200m. Bardzo czysto i ciepło. Aneks kuchenny w pełni wyposażony, kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, cenne wskazówki odnośnie wyżywienia, okolicy itp. Przemiły Pan. :)

Łóżka w pokoju nie są za wygodne, twarde ale da się spać. To naprawdę mały mankament. Pokój super.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona chętnie wrócę.

Cudowna lokalizacja, cena co do jakości bardzo w porządku. Bardzo ładna łazienka, czysto, estetycznie, bardzo ciepło co w listopadzie jest na ogromny plus. Właściciel zgodził się na wcześniejsze zameldowanie, bardzo miły i uprzejmy. Dokładnie wszystko objaśniał, poinformował o atrakcyjnych restauracjach oraz dokładnie opisał okolice. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu.

Cichy zakątek rzut beretem od plaży i Monciaka

Apartament bardzo przestronny, czysty i z pełnym wyposażeniem. Do dyspozycji kuchnia wspólna dla wszystkich gości. W pokoju czajnik i lodówka, więc wszystko, czego potrzeba do śniadania. Dużo miejsca, żadnego labiryntu między meblami, łóżko we wnęce. Duże okna wychodziły na ulicę, ale nie było żadnego hałasu, bo obiekt jest zlokalizowany kilka minut od tzw. Monciaka i tłumy turystów już tu nie docierają. Właściciel przesympatyczny, przekazał nam dużo informacji i rekomendacje gastronomiczne oraz pozwolił nam zostawić bagaże w dzień wyjazdu. Wejście na plażę zaraz na wprost drzwi do budynku, więc nie było daleko na wschód słońca o 4!

Pokój czysty, sprzęty zadbane, telewizor z Netflixem, łazienka czysta, dla każdej osoby dwa ręczniki. Dostępny aneks kuchenny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Wszędzie blisko, zarówno do plaży, jak i do stacji PKP.
