5 minut do plaży - Wejście 25. Szybkie i komfortowe zakwaterowanie. Szybka reakcja na zepsuty domofon do bramy, który zepsuł się, gdy wracałem tuż przed północą; nie mogłem wejść do środka. Telefon do zarządców obiektu i po 5 min przyjechał Pan, który to naprawił. 5 min do Dworca PKP Sopot. 3 minuty do Monciaka i Molo, a mimo wszystko okolica cicha i spokojna.
Odczuwalna wilgoć po kilku dniach w łazience, która jako jedyna była oddzielnie, poza pokojem.

Lokalizacja obiektu jest atutem , wszędzie blisko, centrum, plaża.
Brak parkingu a raczej brak możliwości wygodnego korzystania z parkingu, ponieważ po zaparkowaniu brak możliwości wyjazdu autem do końca pobytu. Pokuj ciemny , nostalgiczny , ale duży i czysty.

Taras jaki był w ofercie nie odpowiadał rzeczywistości. Zamówiliśmy lokal z tarasem na morze, był od strony budynków.
