Good location

Location was great. 3 bathrooms, plenty for all the guests. Loved the balcony. Also the parking was provided for a fee. In a different location but still, ir was a great plus.

Other guests were really not clean but I understand that ot is not hosts fault :/ also a bit too pricey for this kind of room

Cleaners at 8:30 on a Sunday morning.

A few minutes to the beach, town centre and train station. Three bathrooms, which is good as there are seven guest rooms. The bed was mostly comfortable (the mattress could have been firmer).

My sleep was disturbed on several occasions by cleaning staff who showed up at 8:30 - including on a Sunday. I left a night early and stayed somewhere else to ensure I slept properly because I was ill. Don't stay here if you have sleep issues and don't want to wake up to the clanking of cultery and plates, and toilets flushing. At least they didn't vacuum until afternoon. One guest and cleaner were talking loudly as well. There's a reason hotels don't start the housekeeping until 10 or 11!!! I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs and they don't start before that either. Imagine you're on holiday wanting a rest and you have to deal with this. Holiday or not, not everyone can fall asleep early and any type of accomodation should respect that.

really enjoyed my stay here!

A lovely room with a balcony, perfect for a single traveler. Nice modern TV. Very comfy bed. More than enough storage space. The building itself is very well-managed, the communal bathrooms and the kitchen were very clean and functional.

Not a fan of plastic pot flowers so I have to mention that:) the room faces an intersection so there was some traffic noise during busy hours.

Passable

Location was good and easy self check in. There was washing machine and all kitchen equipment available for use that was a good advantage. Three separate bathrooms with showers for 6 rooms.

We have stayed a week, nobody changed towels or cleaned the room. After couple of days our trash can was filled up, towels became dirty and a lot of sand from shoes on the floor. We assumed that at least every couple of days there will be some cleaning, it never happened.

It was a perfect room for a short workation. The room I had was small but very comfortable - with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a working desk and a nice small terrace. The room was full of light and air, it was always cool inside despite of +30 outside. Shared areas were also very convenient to use - three bathrooms were enough for all the guests and I never saw that someone was waiting. Kitchen is big and very well equipped, so you can cook like at home. Location is perfect - walking distance to the pier, beaches and restaurants, but still the street is very quiet. I'm not a big fan of hostels, but this one is simply perfect.

Really good place near sopot center!

Bad cleaning in toilet since its many people there it needs to be done often or put up signs that people need to clean there own hair when in bathroom and shower and have products for that to clean after themselves. Also only one fryingpan since the other one was scratched in the bottom but still to little with two since many people sometimes cook together.

Disappointing

The place was clean, the location was perfect, very central but in more quiet neighborhood

The room didn't look anything like on the photos. It was much smaller, no sofa, no terrace, just a bed squeezed into very small room.

Very comfortable, clean and nice. Brilliant localisation. There were no problems with the shared bathrooms. An excellent choice for this price.

Very easy to hear other people (especially when they sit in the kitchen/dining room in the morning). Sometimes there was a very strong smell from cooking by other residents.

Very good

The advantage of this place is the great location. Self check-in with no problems. Clean, but very small room for two people. Although it's ok for one night. It's a pity that there is no bathroom in the room so it's a little bit uncomfortable in this aspect. But, I understand this is not a hotel and for a hostel is pretty good. The main disadvantage - was pretty loud (but this normal for a hostel).

Perfect place with amazing location

The Hotel/hostel is always in the best condition, people clean every day at the morning, the kitchen is renovated and have the basic things you may need.

The Wifi in the room #7 was not good. A WiFi repeater would be a good option to improve,

Nice modern kitchen 3 modern bathrooms so no waiting to get access

Personally prefer more quiet location so did not enjoy the veranda close to a busy street
