Our stay was awful we left after first night

Bad smells in apartment. They write that no smoke but we find smoked cigarettes near window. Broken fridge awfull smell of leaking freon. Dirty walls. Very big noise from trains starts about 5:00am and they go very often. I thought what noise from trains wouldn't be so loud, but it is very very loud. We left the apartment after first night didn't get any money back our stay was planned for four nights but appartment conditions was awful so we left and find onother apartments. Also they marked what there is kitchenette and you can prepare food but there is only frige plates and glasses so they lied about it This is really not the place were you wanted to stay with your family

Be aware that rooms with the windows towards train tracks are not noise-proof and trains are circulating all night long…

Central and no frills. No Front desk so you need to find the office. Decent value.

It had a fridge ! Nice surprise. Superb location and quite quiet.

A little bit tatty around the edges, beds and room looked dated. Front Door keypad okay but bedroom door lock a bit flimsy and unsecure.

PLEASE AVOID IT IF POSSIBLE

This establishment deviates significantly from the depicted images. The room, situated within the same building, exhibits a state of disrepair. The bed sheets are excessively worn out, emitting an unpleasant odour, mirroring the overall condition of the room. Despite its favourable location in the town centre, I strongly advise against booking a stay here. On one occasion, we were forced to contact the police due to a violent altercation between a couple occupying the room adjacent to ours. The commotion escalated to physical violence, with the assailants repeatedly striking our door. It is crucial to note that the establishment lacks overnight security and does not install CCTV cameras. Therefore, I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment if possible.

I booked 4 rooms for the family and not one looked like the ones on the picture. They were absolutely horrible.

It’s basic, low cost accommodation in a good location attracting people travelling on budget

Great Location, it’s clean

It’s cheap place in great location offering rooms with single beds. Thus obviously attracts those who travel on budget like students. Some young people through a laud party in the next door room. It’s fine, they have their own rights, just be aware of that if you prefer quiet places.

Clean room on the main Monte Cassino street

Great location at the beginning of the main Monte Cassino street in Sopot. Apartment was clean. There were towels available and some bath gels too.

There were some problems with the reservation on the line between Booking and the owner - we needed to wait extra to get the confirmation from the owner that we can access the property. Don't know who to blame - Booking or the owner's system but I had all the necessary confirmations from Booking side so it was quite annoying to be kept on hold with check-in while we were running out of time.

for one this is a hostel and not a hotel nothing like the picture no soap in the hand wash bottle rusty radiator in bathroom shower hose had a big hole in it and there was holes in the walls the couch bed was like sleeping on a brick wall, tissue that t glass cups were on was yellow absolutely disgusting, train goes past and the whole building shakes could not get any sleep had to book a proper hotel as I could not stay here sorry

It was close to the city centre.

It is not a hotel but a hostel. There is no a reception desk. The room was really very cold. I didn't like the standard, it was also close to the rail and I could hear the trains ! Never again, I do not recommend.

The location is great.

I have booked 2 nights. I was traveling from the UK and my flight was delayed and I have requested late check in and my request was declined on several occasions. This place is not flexible at all, the man at the reception office very rude, not approachable and definitely not customer friendly or focused. At the last minute of the day of arrival they send me a message that they would leave the key at the shop but it was already too late as I booked another stay. I lost my money, they stressed me while I was traveling and the service was the worst I even had. I have used this place in the past but service was always poor and the service was horrible. Especially the bold guy in the office who has no manners at all.

great location nice staff

- terrible wifi (it hardly works); - it is very cold in the rooms; - there is an additional fee for parking and a deposit for the key to the room, which is returned at the end of the stay (very small parking in the backyard: each time you have to wait for someone to leave or enter); - the environmental tax of the city is not included in the price of accommodation (be ready to pay in cash) - noise from the trains.

a value for money place in the centre of Sopot

The place is located in the very center of Sopot, a minute walk away from the train station and a 10 minute stroll to the beach through the main avenue of the town. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Rooms have everything you need: a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, a mini fridge, cups, glasses and utensils. in all, our stay was very comfortable.

Please be mindful that some rooms overlook the train tracks so there might be noise, also at night. Read the room description carefully if you want to avoid that.

Overall it was a good stay , just that confusion with check in could be better informed.

Location was very good, the room was nice and clean and it had a balcony. Nice restaurants around.

The stress of check in and out cos there was not actual reception. People who we got the key did not speak english and the fact of paying deposit in cash only and euros are not accepted.

You get what you pay for

Central sopot is really super central, so if you're on a budget and just need a bed to sleep in, this is a good deal. You get what you pay for. But be aware that the pictures on booking does not really match the reality.

Remember to bring earplugs - the trains are really loud! Without them I wouldn't have slept at all, but with them i slept like a baby.
