Rally good location, room is really nice, clean; delicious breakfast, good sauna; staff is really nice and helpful

Courtyard view means windows straight to the dumpster and air ducts; a bit difficult to find an entrance to parking if you’re coming with a car;

Fantastic position between the pier and Main Street in town. Not overlooking any noisy areas.

We had a room with terrace and outdoor furniture but had to repeatedly ask for cushions for these, as shown in the advertisement of the room. Eventually got them on the last day.

Ok for a night.

Very central

Room size was good, city view. In all our travels we have never had such a small bathroom. The shower is in the middle of a small bath and not great to have even a decent shower. Water spills over the bath onto the floor. Not overly keen on the breakfast so much so we didn't bother on the second day.

Barbara's service was amazing. Charming who gave me service above and beyond. Everything I asked for was answered positively and with a smile, she even managed to solve a certain problem for me, there is no doubt that she is professional, treats her work with respect

Hotel is better than what I expected. Nearby a lot of restaurants and a convenience shop. Staff at Front Desk are super helpful with answers and directions. Nice spread for breakfast.

Fantastic location near the beach and famous molo. Super nice room with all needed facilities. Very friendly staff.

I could hear a busy nearby street throu a closed window. Not too much, so it did not bother me, but I think opening a window would not be an option.

2 Night Stay

Clean. Close to the action, but maybe too close. .. loud at night. Cute town. Great beaches if you walk to the left. Loved the breakfast, many choices.

Loud. Very loud till 3 AM. Buskers. Partiers. Slow internet, but I didn't report that until the end. Maybe they could have fixed it. For this price, I expected a quiet room.

Not worth the money!

Where do I start? 1. No shampoo or conditioner and one would expect this at a lux hotel. 2. Cheap smelling shower gel and who on earth places body lotion dispenser in a shower? 3. No sleep as the hotel is opposite to a noisy bar! 4. Breakfast not included in the hotel price and the hotel ain’t cheap! 5. Front of desk staff clearly not interested in their job.

Location was good. Hotel was clean and modern. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot.

One day we recuested changing the sheets acording to hotel's policy which was to leave a certain note/sign to the bed. Unfortunately the sheets were same when we came back at evening. We know this was not an accident because the room service made the bed with old sheets and put the note/sign back where we took it in room so they couldn't have missed it without purpose. Otherwise we are satisfied with our stay at the lovely and modern hotel, which was just as we expected.

Central location, 3 min to Sopot pier and within a walking distance to the Forest Opera. Bright and spacious room.

Breakfast of max 3star quality. Worst coffee ever, even when I asked for a proper cappucino from the espresso machine. Jasmin tee served in a filtry jug and ...cappucino cups. The rexeptionists (all 3 I had a chance to meet) were not very approachable. It was a day of some hotel anniversary with Proseco and some treats on display but only selected guests seemed to be invited to celebrate I guess

Great location and good value for money.

The location is exceptional! You are right on top of the most famous pier in the area, the pier of Sopot, and very close to the beach. The breakfast is also very good (continental style breakfast), with an adequate selection of cold and warm dishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's not the best location if you are traveling with a baby or if you need darkness to get a good night sleep: there are no blinds on the windows, nor heavy drapes. You will be getting sunlight in the room at 4 am (or even before that!) Also, there was a glass paneled wall that let in a lot of night in the evening. Lastly, there is no bar or sitting/living room in the hotel where you can stay up late watching TV or on the laptop.
