Good hotel at great location.

The room is nice, but it would help to arrange more space by removing some furniture that is not needed. Breakfast provided a good choice; however, the hot part was not as warm as it should be. There are plenty of places where a good quality breakfast can be purchased for 1/3 hotel price.

Perfect location and friendly staff! ❤️

This was our second stay at Rezydent Hotel with my husband. We chose to come back because of the perfect location and the very friendly staff, even though we already knew from our previous stay that there can be street noise. As a light sleeper, I requested a quiet room a few days before arrival, but unfortunately we did not get one. On our last day, the staff kindly offered to change our room, which was a nice gesture, although not very practical for just one night. I hope that on our next stay we will be able to get a quiet room. A big shout-out to all the staff, from reception to the restaurant and the wellness area. Everyone was truly kind and welcoming.

Not all receptionists enjoy their jobs, which is unfortunate because they work in a beautiful place. The lady with the glasses is unsympathetic and aloof, unlike the male staff, who are always helpful and generally pleasant.

Inadequate room, broken amenities, and poor service — far from a 5-star experience.

The lobby and entrance were aesthetically pleasing, the location was convenient, and the lady at check-in was polite and helpful.

The superior room we booked was unsafe and unusable (pillar and sloping ceiling made it impossible to access the bed), We asked to be moved to another room and, as the hotel was full, were downgraded to a basic room. Unfortunately, this was also far from ideal, with an uncomfortable lumpy bed, a broken hairdryer, and a minibar that gave off heat rather than keeping items chilled. Service in the restaurant and bar was equally disappointing, with tables left uncleared staff inattentive and unhelpful. This is not the standard one expects from a 5-star hotel — at the very least, compensation for the downgrade and an apology for the poor service should have been offered. Furthermore- we have just seen the hotel response - and feel that we need to clarify that our card details were pre-authorised on check-in- but when we asked for our two drinks to be charged to our room, we were told that we could not do this, baffled we explained that the card details had been pre-authorised and please could they check with reception- this is when we were told rather rudely "do it yourself", I would have expected the bar staff to be more helpful to the customer, it is strange that they could not charge the drinks to our room because after we left we were notified that we had been charged 4zl for a bottle of orange juice out of the mini-bar this was deducted from our card no problem! Clearly there is something wrong with your processes, when a card pre-authorisation at reception does not filter through to the bar/ restaurant and as you say if our card was in fact not pre-authorised - therefore, why did you charge 4zl without our confirmation first- it does not make sense the pre-auth, only seems to work when it suits the hotel not the customer!

Way too expensive for the rate, night reception. I have been stayed at few MGallery but this is the worst value for money, room way too small and too cheap taste for £300 a night. AC is worst, room smelly and my wife gir bed bug bites in morning

Nice central location.

This hotel is max 3 stars out of 5 , 1) Spa has NO swimming pool. 2) Rooms are small 3) Basic breakfast 4) no proper toiletries . 6) no privat parking .

Beautiful style!

The accommodation was comfy in a beautiful room with city view. I had the top floor with slopes in the room which was full of charm. The staff was friendly, smiling and helpful. Amazing breakfast! I also appreciate environmemt friendly cosmetics and amenities in the room.

Breakfast was better than most hotels here in Poland! Dinner was very good! location was 2 minutes to train station. The beach is 8 minutes walk! Staff was great!

The location is perfect. 9 minutes walk to the sea via beautiful streets and dance house. The hotel is right in the center, I think. Very close to tram and bus stops, so you can easily get to the airport. The room is immaculate, modern and just beautiful. the bar/restaurant in the hotel is great. They make perfect Negroni, and I definitely recommend a meal on lava stone. it is very convenient that the hotel has SPA on the -1 floor. Got wonderful 90 minutes of Thai massage.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel and room. The pictures in the review don’t do it justice, the room was lovely and bed comfortable. I loved the decor in the dining / breakfast area. Breakfast was great, staff were fantastic. Very good price for the quality. location is brilliant - very central and 2 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins from the pier.

Hotel was amazing, really comfortable beds, cosy design and high quality service 🥰 as a couple, we have spent magnificent two days there, restaurant food was delicious and working staff really nice and smiley 😊

The only thing I could complain about was the dirty stains on the walls in the bathroom and the stains on the carpet that looked like someone got sick there before. Other than that, no problem 😊
