Lovely hotel right on the beach.

Amazing place to stay right on the beach and close to the centre of Sopot. We had 2 studios for a group of 5 and they were great value and absolutely gorgeous. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was awesome. Well worth getting.

The excellent location right on the beach!

Disappointing interiors for the price. They should either renovate it or lower the price! Also, they sadly are not taking care about invasive ivy chocking off beautiful pine trees on the property.

Disappointing due to the very bad rooms and misleading pictures on booking

I liked location, professional reception service, how clean the room and bathroom was, sanitary bags, clean towels,

no parking space, tacky interieur of the hotel, very dated weird interieur of the rooms, very thing light curtains which does not protect from sun - we woke up at 6 am every day, thin walls which did not allow us to sleep through the night due to the fact that we could hear all neighbours conversations, uncomfortable beds, temperature in the room (air conditioning is a very very very old unit super loud - not possible to stay in the room when the machine is on), breakfast restaurant

The view and terrace. White Marlin restaurant employs great staff and offers great food with nice ambient. Breakfast is vast with good fresh food.

Hotel too expensive. The Tv is not connected to the internet. Therefore, no YouTube, netflix, or any other apps. Only Polish.

everything was exceptional

at first going through the reception my husband wasn’t impressed . too dark he said . then seeing our suite with spa bath his opinion changed . he likened it to Long Island and best parts of Nantucket . we was blessed by great weather . Sopot is a great resort . we will come back . thank you

Welcome on the beach-Hotel

the hotel is located on the beach and it is wonderful. The bathroom had a very comfortable shower. The direct access on the beach from the room it is an added value. The breakfast is amazing, you can enjoy the beach with a good quality of food.

Unfortunately the staff is not always speaking well in english and the cleaners in 3 days come to my room only once. The hotel should improve the services provided by the staff.

Location, location, location...:) we stayed in one of the old rooms but everything was very clean. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant!

The reception- absolutely horrible, dark, smelly and looks really scary.. urgently needs refurbishment. Rooms also quite dated but looks like they are updating them slowly.

the location to the beach and short walk to shops and amenities. the hotel is undergoing renovation which was fine. they were offering breakfast next door which was of very high standard.

from on line we believed we would have a room that accessed the beach direct. the upstairs room only had a very small balcony and only 2 chairs, there were 3 of us. the wifi did not work, we had to access insecure network- not great. in the main area access was available so obviously connection problems. same with tv. we lost water connection which staff did attend to straightaway and didn’t cause too many problems.

Overpriced with sloppy quality

There is something on the plus-side, however: The White Marlin, the neighboring restaurant, where the delicious breakfast is served. They also have great meals in the evening, as well as a really nice atmosphere.

Feng Shui and precious care about details? Definitely not. Thats just false marketing. In reality this hotel only relies on its beach position to attract customers. This hotel charges more for a tiny double room than a large superior luxury room with balcony in the fantastic Radisson Blu. Choose that hotel instead. So many things are of poor quality or sloppy: Tiny rooms. You have to go outside to reach the room (at least during renovation 2022). Gate to beach only works sometimes. They charge ridicolous amounts for children even if they sleep in the same bed. Furniture is lacking on the terrace. No reception personell in the night, just a security guard who only speaks Polish. Disturbing renovation going on (which starts at 7!) without any reduction of rates. Lack of English-speaking people in the reception. Generally we felt this hotel is stuck into old-fashioned Eastern Europe-thinking not caring about the customers. We as guests should just pay, be quiet and be happy that we are allowed to live there.

Hotel a little dated but we got a room in the newly renovated area, which was spotless clean and comfortable. The restaurant was the best.. supperb service with excellent food. Location perfect too. Breakfast was great..

Needs more pillows. Heating in the room was hard to control. No matter how I set that it was too hot. Seem like there is some central control. I had to completely turn it off to avoid being too hot.
