Na duży plus zasługuje lokalizacja - blisko morza i głównego deptaku. Apartamenty są przestronne, 4 osoby dorosłe spokojnie się w nim mieszczą. Duży taras. Dostępność obsługi w zasadzie cały czas, nawet w święta. Po zgłoszeniu zażaleń, obsługa pomagała. (Zmienili jeden z apartamentów na taki ze zmywarką). Przy apartamentach możliwość parkowania na parkingu miejskim.
Apartamenty na przyjazd były wyziębione, co przy sporym minusie na dworze dało nam w kość. Apartamenty wyposażone są najtańszym kosztem, wszystko podniszczone. W łazienkach brak kaloryfera, bardzo zmarzliśmy, zwłaszcza dzieci. Wszędzie był kurz, brudno w łazience. W dwóch apartamentach brak zmywarki, a miały być. Telewizja się ciągle zacinała. Brak najdrobniejszego ustrojenia świątecznego. Za wszystko firma liczy sobie pieniądze.
