Small room with uncomfortable bed and modest accommodations! Parking was a challenge, despite being noted in the online profile at booking.com as available!

Our appartement was spacious with with huge terrace and comfortable bed. Restaurant staff had very pleasant attitude and went out of their way to please us.

Room maid need more training in maintaining room/terrace clean. Bathroom had only shower, no bath.

The location, the spa, the breakfast were excellent. I’d choose this hotel again in Sopot. The city and the cost is beautiful. The beach is close to the hotel, appr. 5 min walk. Friendly and helpful staff. We travelled by car and a trailer and we could park right before the hotel for 40zty per day, but the hotel has private parking place and a garage. I warmly recommend this hotel to stay.

Great room, good room service, friendly and helpful staff

We have been sleeping at this hotel almost every year since 2019 and one thing I noticed was that the breakfast just gets worse by every year. There is always a lot of variety in food but it's very extravagant/exotic food like for example lots of different hummus, chia seeds joghurt, several types of salad but always unusual combinations, there were pancakes but they were always filled with something.....Also the drinks like apple juice were not cooled and they were Luke warm. To be honest I miss the simple breakfast. For example I miss eating croissant, sausages, Nutella, medium cooked egg, plain salad with different dressingen to choose from, maybe differently types of cheese to choose from (hard cheese, soft cheese), salmon,...

Great location, nice design, but in general it's more like 3 stars hotel.

Overall design was very cohise and clean. The location is exceptional.

Paying 100PLN per day for the dog and not even receive a "welcome pack" like poo bags, bowl or a dog blanket is a shame. Also, I cannot say the money pays the cleaning. The carpet in our room was covered in the fur of some other dog... Accessing the undeground parking (which itself is a big plus!) was also cumbersome. I cannot understand why guests cannot receive another card to open the gate or even have their room cards programmed to access the garage. Calling the reception every time I wanted to park my car was maybe not painful but silly...

Great location, only a 10 walk to the pier on the beach side or via a quiet beautfil and green street min walk from the center. Very nice rooms. Great green garden for breakfast or sunbathing/relax on sun beds by the little pool.
